Experience the ultimate mountain getaway in our cozy ground-level, daylight basement apartment in Sandy, Utah with a private entrance. Just 10 minutes from Little Cottonwood and 15 minutes from Big Cottonwood canyon, our retreat offers easy access to world-class ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude). In the warmer months, discover stunning hiking trails surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Enjoy hotel-style comfort, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails!
Welcome to our charming daylight basement retreat, perfect for your next getaway! This fully furnished unit features three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, providing all the comforts of home. The daylight basement is filled with natural light, making it feel open and airy. Several windows throughout the home offer a cheerful ambiance, so you can enjoy your stay without feeling confined. Enjoy the convenience of in-house laundry, making it easy to freshen up your clothes during your stay.
Indulge in your stay with a large 75-inch TV, complete with Hulu and Disney+ included for your entertainment. For your everyday needs, Smith’s grocery store is only a minute away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. Additionally, multiple shopping malls and a variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment.
Please note that my husband and I live upstairs, along with our dog. While we strive to keep noise levels down and maintain a peaceful environment, you may hear sounds from above - footsteps of us or our dog. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure a quiet stay, especially in the night. This is a fully legal short-term rental unit approved by Sandy City, so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
Please note that there are a few stairs leading up to the entrance and a few stairs inside the unit as well. You’ll have convenient parking for up to two cars on the leftmost side of the driveway. Please be mindful not to park in front of the garage, as we use that space regularly.

You will have full private access to the ground-level daylight basement apartment along with a small side yard. We live upstairs in the house and the main backyard is only accessible to us. You will enter through the yard gate on the south-east side of the house (left yard gate when facing the house)
