Family ski trip

Great place with close walk to the Steamboat mtn base. Perfect fit for our family of 4 with enough space for all our gear. Condo is on 3rd floor so get ready to do stairs with your luggage.

This condo has great potential but was unfortunately not ready for hosting when we stayed there. They were remodeling and the entire condo had loose trim around the edges of the floors, no thresholds from carpet to wood floors, and it was unsafe for my small kids honestly. The microwave wasn't installed correctly and a piece fell off on me the first time it was opened, The smoke detector was still covered in painters tape, There were no measuring spoons or cups to cook with. We couldn't boil a pound of pasta because there isn't a pot big enough, etc. We were told the door to the master was missing, that would have been fine if that was it, but these other issues were more than advertised and warned about. Until the renovations are completed, I don't recommend small kids stay there. It has great potential, the new tile in the bathroom is gorgeous but next time they should offer discounts more than 170 out of 915 as a discount. Oh, and there was no salt or pepper, cooking oil, and oddly the olive oil, and tea was kept next to or on top of used paint cans, just kinda gross. If you are short get ready to climb as there is also not a step stool for the really tall kitchen cabinets too. Once it's done being remodeled, and outfitted in it's entirety, it'll be great but early June 2025 it wasn't.The amenities like the pool are great. It should also be said that it's a third floor walk up. Fine for us but might be a factor for others with mobility issues.
