Enjoy the open floor plan with lots of natural light and views with a large kitchen and pool table downstairs. We have a west facing deck with BBQ and wood burning fireplaces for quite relaxation at the house or a few minute drive to Fairplay, Alma, Breckenridge or many of the trails and rivers near by.
