Beautiful cabin with great views! Super clean and fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils & condiments. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Our teens enjoyed having their own game room away from the grown ups. Great for families large or small!
This house is really amazing, starting with the location where it has an incredible view and you can breathe a lot of tranquility. The house is beautiful, spacious, has everything you need for a good vacation and Kelly and Jonathan were very kind to us and at the slightest request or question they respond very quickly. I really recommend this place and I would clearly return with my family . 10/10

This property was a great fit for 6 adults. We loved the game room/pool table. Outstanding views. Well equipped (but needed more wash cloths/hand towels). Would stay there again!
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your amazing place! The views are spectacular! The only thing I would improve is the shower heads. It was well stocked and plenty to do. We enjoyed the pool table and cornhole boards!
The house was the perfect size for our family of 6. There are plenty of rooms and gathering places. Also, the kitchen was amazingly well stocked and having simple things such as spices was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!
Our family of 7 stayed here for a week and had an incredible experience! Perfect set up for my husband and our 5 children. (3 teens and 2 preteens).
We thoroughly enjoyed the space, the views, and the location. Would definitely book here again!
The home was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean, stocked well, and had plenty of space. Location was great for any activities. Views are unbeatable, but you do get traffic noise from the highway if that is an issue. I will definitely be considering this home again next year!!!
Highly recommend. This property is sitting so that everywhere you look it is just amazing views. The driveway is steep and, I've found, that everything in that area of CO is either rock or dirt. If there is rain or snow don't even try it without 4wd. We had a great time, the hosts were great, responsive, and not intrusive. The house was clean and comfy. Wifi was incredible for how far out it is.
I will say this to anyone looking to visit this part of CO. (This was our first trip out West, some people already know these things, but we did not). You are out there. It is a small (SMALL) town and everything you do will be at minimum 45 min to 2 hr drive. Get your gas & supplies (food, drinks, etc) before you get too far from Denver or CO Springs, just do yourself that favor. :) When you are used to having things open most of the days and evenings, it is a culture shock. The streets are rolled up by 7pm for most places. Small markets in Fairplay are decent, we ate at the house every night, there is just nothing close. Most people head to Breckenridge, although we weren't too impressed, rather stay on that deck and cook on the grill, we did literally every night! The meat purchased in this area is delicious.
Go to the Southpark Museum. It is amazing. Georgetown Loop Railroad is fun, but the drive there is the best scenic route I've ever taken. Enjoy the beauty that is Colorado.
We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous home for our anniversary! It was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed and more. The home was secluded enough for privacy, but near enough to neighbors and town for anything you may need. We were so pleased with our stay and would definitely return! We highly recommend this gorgeous property!
The house was as presented in offering. The bathrooms were modern and comfortable. The bedrooms were nicely appointed. All light switches were labeled. The kitchen was modern with working appliances. We had beautiful views of the mountains until rain came in on Wed. It was close enough to the nearest town to go get a meal at a brewery once a day.
We had dark skies to take pictures of the stars.
This home has everything you need for a nice time in the mountains. Rooms were clean, kitchen was well stocked, and you cannot beat the patio views! Communication was great with Kelly who was very responsive and provided us with plenty of information of nearby activities. We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay and the view truly is amazing! We saw a herd of elk the day we arrived. The owner was very responsive to one issue we had when we arrived. We got a response within a couple of minutes and someone came out to address the issue right away.
Perfect location for anything you and your family may want to do outdoors. Fishing within 30 minutes (as close at 5 minutes). Hiking, biking, whatever....it's within 15-20 minutes. The house fit our needs perfectly. Kelly was a great host from before we even arrived to communicating until the moment we left. Can't recommend anything better.
My family stayed in July and we were impressed with the amazing mountain view! Kelly offered many suggestions for activities throughout the area. The house offered a lot of space which was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids enjoyed the pool table, bags, and board games in the afternoons. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of linens. Check-in and Check-out were very easy. During the day we were a short drive away from hiking, fishing, white water rafting, horseback riding, etc. The town of Fairplay is a short drive as well where we were able to try some of the restaurants and explore the historic buildings of South Park. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Our stay was fantastic with a great host. The cabin is very nice , very clean , and overall very well maintained. The views did not disappoint and would recommend this property to anyone.
This was a spacious property. We had 4 adults 4 children and thier furry friend.
It was the perfect get away. The hostess was great to work with. We would recommend 100%.
My family and I enjoyed our stay in the cabin(7 ppl total). It was the perfect layout for everyone. The game room brought everyone together during the snowy nights! We hit a couple of passes for some off-roading and visited Breckenridge and Vail. Overall, we were pleased with the location of the cabin, the awesome mountain views,🏔and the gorgeous cabin. We will be back!

What makes this property unique
Just 35 minutes away from Breckenridge's world famous skiing and adventure, Fairplay is known as the official Trout Fishing Capital of Colorado. Anglers, be sure to bring your fishing gear, as you’ll want to throw a line in more than 50 miles of Gold Medal trout streams. By definition, these streams offer the highest quality trout habitat and greatest potential for angling success in Colorado. Hikers, mountain bikers, hunters, OHVers and more find plenty of quiet places to keep them busy as well.
Fairplay and the surrounding 1,000 square miles are part of the South Park National Heritage Area. Designated by Congress, each of 49 National Heritage Areas in the U.S. tells a nationally important story through their distinctive landscapes, historic structures and recreational resources. South Park's 19th-century ranches, many old mines and other historic sites are the primary reason the area was given this designation in 2009. Learn more about Colorado's National Heritage Areas >>
In Fairplay itself, be sure to visit the South Park City Museum, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It has a main street flanked by 40 or so historic buildings brought here from the surrounding area including a trapper's cabin, a saloon, general store, blacksmith shop and other businesses that thrived in the late 1800s. This amazing collection is only open during the summer months and is run entirely by volunteers. What’s more, art galleries and open-air art venues abound in and around the town proper.
