Guests will have access to the entire home other than 2 closets secured with deadbolt locks and marked "Owners Closet."
Our neighborhood is quiet and is not on a commercial street or main highway. The street begins 2 miles away in a residential subdivision in town and ends about a mile past our home.
There is a state managed public lake less than a mile away that has fishing piers, a boat ramp, and plenty of parking space. What a cool house/ location! Everything needed for daily living was there, the host was quick to respond to any request/ inquiry. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up from my entire crew that stayed there.
Second time staying here, happy with the place and has everything we need. Spacious and comfortable. Convenient to town and to Suwanee Music Park. Roc is easy to contact and gave us late check out which was very helpful
A beautiful unique house on a lovely property . It was perfect for our stay. Beds were very comfortable and home was clean and true to description. Thank you.
This property met our needs perfectly. We spent 3 days cycling the area and just had a blast. After a long 60+ bicycle ride it was like heaven to return here. We were so impressed we are already planning our next years ride. Thank you for letting us use your home.

Earl took good care of our home and is welcome back any time.
FYI you are in rural Florida here. It is very peaceful and relaxing, and the people in town are very friendly. We visited during a heat wave, so we did not explore any of the trails or outside activities. We loved the large front porch with ceiling fan. It has a peaceful country view and lots of birds. We spent most mornings out there just catching up and enjoying the view. Roc was super responsive.
The house holds a lot of people. The property was pretty. The house needs a lot of work. The interior was very cluttered and not very clean. I moved a lamp to put my charger on a side table and there was a dust ring. Having a washer/dryer was convenient. Overall I don’t think I would stay here again.
Everything was easy. Property is very historic and nice. The owner is very easy to communicate with. There was a storm right before we came. They did everything they could to get everything restored for us to be there. They went above and beyond to make sure we had contact info for everyone. Minutes from great restaraunts. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your property.

Bug problem ruined stay
I wanted to love this property based on the reviews and how great the communication was from the owner. However, there was a serious bug problem that made it impossible for us to continue our stay. The house was also not very clean, which was surprising based on the reviews. I realized afterwards that there had not been any reviews in the past year and that probably contributed to the bug problem and lack of cleanliness. The owner refunded our money for the last night as well as the cleaning fee which I appreciated. It would have been nice if he had refunded the entire stay because we weren’t able to enjoy our time there but he was responsive which I really appreciated.
Beautiful, quaint home perfect for my out of family that came up for my daughters wedding this past Saturday. It was conveniently located to the venue and easy to find. Competitive pricing and able to accommodate a large family without feeling cramped. Would definitely reccommend.
The house was equipped so we could prepare meals and dine together. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was an easy daily drive to the music festival and back.
We had a great experience at Roc's property!
Our son was getting married at Suwannee Music Park and we needed a base of operations.
The property was beautiful and the location was excellent for everything that we needed to do.
We are looking forward to coming back soon!
Church group stayed had awesome time home has beautiful yard, Owner was very polite and worked with us when we had change #of guest. If available we will rent again.
Perfect fit for our family. Lots of room, laundry on site, huge front porch with ceiling fan. Bedrooms not wheelchair accessible, but front room with huge windows was perfect for our son’s travel bed. Will definitely book again!

My wife and I travel a lot and often have very little or no contact with our guests. However, we employee a full time property manager for our rental home business and he is available for any issues that arise.
Our vacation travel always includes each other. We enjoy boating the rivers, springs, lakes and Gulf of Mexico near us in northern Florida and we spend a lot of time at our other home closer to the Suwannee and Santa Fe rivers. We are both PADI certified divers and enjoy warm and wet outdoor activities...
Why they chose this property
Our home was built by my grandfather in 1943 using timber off the land and it sits on 200+ acres, some of which has been in my family since the 1800s. It was renovated in 1980 and 1992 and has been updated to modern plumbing, wiring, and central heat and air, none of which was a part of the original home.
Five generations of my family have lived on the property, including four in this home. My mother was born here in 1925 and to her death 96+ years later she lived within 200 yards of here.
The property was used as a tobacco farm until the 1980s and has since been planted in commercial pine tree fields amid an old growth, upland hardwood forest.
What makes this property unique
The home is centrally located to lots of northern Florida activities from Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park to tubing the Ichetucknee River to enjoying the many fresh water springs to fishing and scalloping in the Gulf of Mexico to Wild Adventure Park in Lake Park, Ga., this and much more are within 10 minutes to 1 hour from our home.
