Great Stay

We were in Live Oak for a wedding so we only stayed one night but it was the perfect place for us. The owner was great with communication before we arrived and even let us check in a little early so that we would have more time to get ready before the wedding. It’s a cute neighborhood! Very clean house!

This property is nowhere near up to code. The few electrical sockets That wasn't the house was sparking and unusable. Ialso noticed that I was being recorded both Video and voice. This goes against the florida state laws and it Against vrbos policies since twenty twenty two. It was completely overpriced and I expect at least half of my money back or I will take this to the next level.

Beautiful house centrally located in Live Oak

Stayed for a few days during a hurricane evacuation effort with one of my clients. The house is well appointed and spacious enough for a family to stay comfortably. It was a great place to unwind each day after working. Karen is very responsive, made sure I got in alright, and was an all around pleasure to deal with. Will be staying here if I am in Live Oak in the future!

Comfortable stay
