Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Stay away from this property, Preston Properties or anything to do with this listing. This host or their management company has no clue of what's being listed, where the property is located and communication is just terrible ! They were active when it comes to the payment but that's where the communication stops ! I went there from out of town on a weekend only to find out my property is not available and absolutely worst communication for anyone hosting a short term rental. For an hour they were unable to assist on here the property is, and then when we did find it, it wasn't available for occupancy and host advices they will get back in 2 days. I haven't received the refund yet and hopefully can get it.
