This work-from-home-friendly lake house offers direct access to Candlewood Lake, with breathtaking views from every front-facing room, as well as from the spacious deck and porch.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
✔ The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom one has two queen-sized beds, while bedrooms two and three both have their own king-sized beds. Bedroom two also has a full-sized washer, dryer, and a crib.

KITCHEN
✔ A fully equipped kitchen comes with all essentials—coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, and plenty of utensils.

OUTDOOR SPACE
✔ Enjoy newly remodeled pool for a swim or relax on either of our porches for a glass of wine to watch the sunset.
✔ The pool season generally operates from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Depending on weather conditions, it may remain open through the end of September. Please inquire for confirmation.

LAKE ACCESS
✔ You will have access to your own private dock with paddleboards, 2 boat slips, and lakefront access to the water.

OTHER AMENITIES
✔ Stay connected with High Speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy central heat and air conditioning, and an air hockey table. Linens, towels, and driveway parking for up to four cars are included.
✔ Note: Firewood is not provided by the host. Guests are encouraged to bring their own firewood if planning to use the fireplace or fire pit.

✔ Travel Insurance: We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance, as our cancellation policy is strictly enforced and we cannot offer refunds beyond its terms.
✔ Weather Policy: Be sure to check the weather forecast before your stay. We do not issue refunds for weather-related disruptions, as they are beyond our control.
✔ Pool: The pool is not heated until further notice. Open between Memorial Day to Labor Day or End of September.
✔ Check-In & Check-Out Extensions: Early check-in and late check-out are available for $25 per additional hour and must be requested ahead of time. Approval is subject to availability.
✔ Pets: All pets under 60 pounds are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay.
✔ We are available for both Short-Term and Long-Term Stays.

**GUEST GUIDELINES**
✔ Check-in after 4 PM; checkout by 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.
✔ To book this property, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. They must also be present during the stay, and only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
✔ No parties, events, or extra visitors without approval.
✔ No smoking, vaping, or drug use indoors; fees apply.
✔ Pets allowed only with written approval.
✔ Guests are liable for any damage or missing items.
✔ Use outdoor amenities at your own risk.
✔ No commercial use or subletting without approval.
✔ Replacement fees will be charged for any lost keys, remotes, or gate openers. Additional charges may apply for damages to appliances or amenities (such as the hot tub, board games, etc. or which ever applies), especially if caused by misuse or failure to follow provided instructions.
✔ Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival.
✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to peak nightly rate.
✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies.
✔ Do not move or remove furniture, décor, or electronics—damages will be charged.
✔ We recommend travel insurance. Refunds aren’t guaranteed during outages or severe weather.
✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Neighbor complaints may lead to termination without refund.
