There aren’t many stays that are perfect from start to finish, but this place checked all the boxes. The house was immaculate, cozy, fully equipped and in a great location. We will definitely come back.

I had a planned vacation with my Aunt, Sister, Niece and daughter. We hadn’t all been together in one place for many years. This was perfect! The house was a big hit! We were close enough to courthouse square to walk to the Mother’s Day Festival and Whiskey Row. We throughly enjoyed the back patio area. Lots of rest and relaxation from all the stress we endured in our daily lives.

Darling house in a great location. Very spacious and clean. It’s an easy walk down to Whiskey Row. Cooking pans could be updated and a bbq would be a nice addition but it has all the amenities you would need. Nice sitting area in the back yard with fire pit. Would recommend this property if you are visiting Prescott!

This is a great historic home very close to downtown Prescott. Lots of room, comfortable amenities & very clean. The responsiveness of the host was top notch as well. Highly recommend!
