Please Put stripped bedding and used towels in hamper located in bedroom closet. There is a late check-out fee of $50 per hour, which may be prorated based on departure.
Please honor quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Unauthorized guests that remain or arrive after quiet hours will impose a $100 fee per guest.
There is absolutely no smoking inside. There is a $250 fee imposed for any suspected smoking in the premises. You may smoke outside next to the door.
Checkout time is 11:00 AM. There will be a fee of $50 per hour if guests stay past the designated checkout time. This fee may be prorated.

This place was perfect!! Everything was decorated so cute! It was clean, there was a private entrance, it was quiet, the host was so generous to leave waters and snacks out for us, there were several games available for use! We will FOR SURE stay here again if we’re able to come back to Buffalo!

My wife and I, new to this lodging option, were totally satisfied with our accommodation in Elmwood. Complete privacy, well-maintained, and pleasantly appointed bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood in the evening to dinner at a neighboring restaurant. Our hosts are to be commended for excellent hospitality!

This is a great place. Very clean .comfortable bed and couch. And you have control of temperature That was a huge plus for me. Shower was great too. Casey left some cool snacks and was very responsive. Check-in very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The whole apartment was very clean and organized and had everything we need and more. The host was quick to reply and help with any issues or questions we had. Parking was easy, we were always able to find a spot in the street. Many cute little spots to eat super close by!

The place is very cozy and clean, and the owners are always quick to respond to any questions or needs. It’s also situated right around the corner from one of the main drags through Elmwood Village, so it’s very close to cool restaurants and bars and shops. Also, having stayed in winter, I can say the heater does a great job keeping the place warm and comfortable.
