Crazy nice property with all the amenities

We stayed here over Christmas and the house was modern, spacious, beautifully appointed. The house came with snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas. They were all brand new. Rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. We were warned about the construction right in front of the property. They started 7:30am sharp with heavy equipment that made sleeping in late impossible. But we were warned about this by the hosts. I would wait until the construction is all done before my next reservation for this place.though.

Loved it !

We’ve stayed in this community before and absolutely love it, but this unit truly stands out! Located at the end of the courtyard, it offers the best views we’ve experienced here. The kids especially enjoyed gathering around the cozy fire pit in the evenings, and the whole family had a blast at the fantastic recreation complex. The water slide kept the kids entertained for hours—it’s always a highlight!Dining was a treat as well. We had delicious meals at both the Mauna Kea and the Westin, which are just a few minutes away. We also signed up for the Mauna Kea Club and enjoyed the luxury of reserved beach chairs—plus, we even spotted whale spouts while soaking up the sun! Truly magical.This brand-new home exceeded all our expectations. It was impeccably clean—one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with fresh, high-quality items —such a nice touch for anyone who enjoys cooking.The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and we absolutely loved the outdoor showers—there’s nothing quite like that tropical experience. Although we didn’t get a chance to play golf this time, we noticed a men’s and women’s set of clubs in the garage, which is a fantastic convenience.Since our last visit, Amaui Villas has been completed, adding to the charm of the community. While there are still a couple of custom homes being built across the street, it was very quiet during our stay. Can't wait to be back !
