About this property

Beautiful spanish style house in the middle of the financial district, close to the best dining scene on town, filled with plenty of options for the foodie. Close to parks as well as Malls and with access to all public transportation. Very secure home inside a private house complex.

Additional directions: There is a big sign with the name CONJUNTO RONDA NUEVA outside our home. Coming from the airport you will see the ‘Conjunto’ on your right hand side

You can tell the taxi driver that the Ernesto Noboa Caamano street is the extension of the Avenida Republica which changes name between 6 de Diciembre and Coruna.

At the airport: As soon as you step outside of customs you will see on your right hand side various taxi companies. All are ok to use. Do not take cabs from outside the airport.
A normal taxi fare to our place should be no more than 25 USD.

Spacious double bedroom with beautiful exposed wooden beams, a private shower room and access to sun patio. Large built-in wardrobes to store all of your stuff.

Spanish colonial style family home, with beautiful communal areas that include lounge with working fireplace, kitchen, dining room, sun terrace and patio garden.

Our house is in a great location! It is one of 6 houses in a safe, gated, condominium, in the upscale residential district of La Paz offering quietness and seclusion but at the same time we are walking distance to Carolina park, El Jardin and Multicentro shopping malls, to the bars and restaurants of La Mariscal tourist district and trendy restaurants in the Coruña district.

There are excellent public transport links along the nearby Av.6 de Diciembre and local taxis are abundant and cheap. Nearest ecovia (tram) stop (La Paz) is only 200 mts away.

Great Family. Great Stay.

I was fortunate enough to spend a month with the Cabrera family. My room and private bathroom were commodious (no pun intended), clean and comfortable. Jaime and Daniela were very helpful with my many questions which was appreciated. They have two young children who are both bright and fun to be around. The location of the property is fantastic. There are many good restaurants close by and it is an easy walk to Mariscal. I highly recommend.
