Great location!! It was a very cute and clean house. The house had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the games and sitting in the living areas chatting every night.
We really enjoyed the "Craftsman on Grand". Cozy home with fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living and dining area. The 4 large bedrooms were very accommodating for our party of 7. I would recommend.
This beautiful house was in the perfect location for our family of 5. Several sizable rooms and comfortable beds! Bathrooms were clean and modern. The hosts covered all the details, from hot cocoa to phone chargers if you forgot yours! We would love to stay here again!
Beyond our expectations! We enjoyed our time so much at the Craftsman on Grand. The views of Manito park were such a nice touch. Clean and very well stocked rooms, good off street parking! We had a great time staying here. We will be back for sure!
We stayed in this house during a trip to Sacred Heart for a procedure for our son. The place was very clean and the people who manage and own the house were very pleasant to deal with and accommodating. Would stay again!
We came to Spokane to see our son's graduation from Gonzaga. The house fit us all and was really close to the University. Plenty of towels and extra stuff. We also enjoy being across the street from the beautiful park. Nice to look at and fun to go play at.
Our VRBO receives a 5 star on all the expectations. It was comfortable, roomy, well stocked, clean, and great location. Our host thought of everything. Not even a trip needed to pick up an item. On our next trip to Spokane we found our home away from home. Thank you Heather.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Four of us had a great stay at this rental which had plenty of room (could easily have had twice as many and still been very comfortable). It was clean, across the street from a beautiful park in a nice neighborhood, quiet at night, and had really comfortable beds.
The only quirk was that although it had three bathrooms, it had only one shower (but that was no problem for us).
The owners were very friendly and communicated well. We appreciated thoughtful additions like their “did you forget something” basket with extra toothbrushes, soaps, lotions, even flossers and charging cords just in case, and we appreciated fans in the bedrooms (which I always like for white noise). Would stay here again!
Heather is a great host. check in and out were very smooth. The house was very clean, charming and comfortable. Beds were fabulous; comfortable, warm and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone. Extra blankets were provided. Ample towels (unlike many I've stayed in...) and plenty of soaps, shampoos and conditioners. Kitchen was well stocked, with dishes and cooking essentials, and very clean. Good off street parking. The extras (basket of commonly forgotten items) were a nice touch. Would highly recommend this property.

Thank you so much! We would love to host you again.
Heather is from Spokane and Tre is from Bothell on the west side. We married in 2023 and have two kids and a granddaughter.
Why they chose this property
Heather originally purchased the home before meeting Tre and it was a dream come true to live across the street from historic Manito Park on the beautiful tree-lined Grand Blvd. Walks in the park to enjoy the duck pond, rose garden and lilac gardens are dreamy. In the winter the Friends of Manito host a gorgeous light show. Spring and summer boast many community events, live music and art shows.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location! We are also on a bus line for easy access to downtown and the university district. The home was built in 1904 for the original Manito gardener.
