We needed a home for a week close to our own while we had some renovations done. We were pleased to find the Marvin House and had a wonderful stay. The home is on a few acres, and our dog was able to enjoy running through the back property during the day. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone needing a clean and cozy place in the south Charlotte area.

We were repeat guests at this property and once again had a great experience. While there were a couple of minor incidents during our stay, the host was extremely responsive and handled everything promptly and professionally, which we really appreciated. The property has excellent amenities and was the perfect space for our event—comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully laid out. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable, well-managed place with great hosting.

Christmas in Charlotte

We visited the area to have Christmas with our daughter-in-law‘s family and my sister. The house was very comfortable, clean and in a great location. The property manager was super responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

Cozy does not describe this enough

I want to just begin by saying the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top notch and we had a few hiccups with flights etc. She was very accommodating. Now that I got that out of the way lets begin with the property. I do not consider myself a big nature person but I was looking for seclusion and this property knocked it out the park. The home looked as if it was professionally staged - straight out of a magazine type deal - BEAUTIFUL. Pros: - The Host The Host oh did I mention The Host (lol) - Beds was a dream - Beautiful Home with alot of land and room - Amenities was well thought out as there was hardly nothing we needed that wasn't provided - The home was cleaned very well and I consider myself a germaphobe - TVs in every room and I took advantage of netflixing and chilling - Luxury (wilderness style) I loved it - Firepit was amazing - The host even door dashed us wood (Above and Beyond) Thank you Now this wouldnt be realistic, If I did not list a con so here it goes Cons: - I could not stay longer - Stink bugs joined the vacation ( We are in wooded area so it's to be expected, we did catch and release hence the name :Stink bugs lol Well that's my long review - I hope this helps someone make a fantastic decision to book - I will definitely stay again and again and again.
