• Large indoor and out outdoor entertainment areas, raised walkway from house to upper deck over the water for easy access
• WiFi, large flat screen TVs, multi room sound system
• Optional use of covered boat dock, tie up for boat and jet-skis available.
• About 2 miles to Austin Country Club (PGA) and 360 bridge

This was a perfect property for two families with young adults. Great location on the lake. Many outdoor spaces to hang out and direct water access. The inside is spacious and clean. The owner has boats to rent that include a captain. We hope to return!

Solar Eclipse

Gorgeous lakefront home in a beautiful neighborhood totally exceeded my expectations. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of sun, lounging in all the areas around the decks and lawn and of course having Jack help with the jet ski and captain the pontoon boat. Clouds parted so we all had a joyful moment with the eclipse. Best mini vacation ever!

We loved our stay! Perfect for a family and great location

This was the perfect location and such a great place. We ended up staying in all 3 nights and Scott had a stocked kitchen with all the utensil’s so that we could cook there. It’s only 10 minutes from HEB if you need anything. It was clean, directly on the water, set up for hanging out outside, and lots of amenities! The inside was open and comfortable and had enough bathrooms for everyone! Scott was responsive and very helpful throughput the process. It’s a beautiful place and we had a great time! Can’t wait to come back!

This is a great house close into town. I had good communication w/ the owner & was a pleasure to work with. Loved the shallow lake access w/ all the water toys. Would rent again!

What a great family weekend!

Can't thank the owner enough for this fantastic setup! The house was immaculate, he walked us through all of the nuances of the property right of the bat, and it was proximate to downtown and all that Austin has to offer. What a view too! We spent every morning and evening out on the deck watching the boats drive by. Really special weekend for our entire family! Would highly recommend checking this place out!

Lake Austin Lakehouse

The house was great for my family of eight, so much room to spread out inside and outside, which was necessary as some of us were working from home and doing online classes. We spent most of our time outside swimming, paddle boarding, boating and relaxing on the comfortable furniture on the upper deck and by the water. We ate all of our meals at the table for 8 on the deck with a beautiful view of the lake. Perfect getaway!
