The moment you step inside, you're embraced by our welcoming living space adorned with a plush king-sized bed. Not to mention, the studio is well-equipped for any needs you may have- we have a packed kitchen and dining area that turns everyday cooking into a delightful experience.

Taking your little ones along? We've set you up with everything you need. From a pack and play for your infant, a high-quality stroller for fun excursions to nearby Liberty Park, a clean highchair for a hassle-free feeding time to board games for those family nights in- we got you covered.

In our cozy retreat, vintage charm meets modern convenience. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi or tune into your favorite shows on the smart TV capable of streaming Hulu Live TV, Hulu, and HBO on Hulu. There's a dedicated workspace for your ease too. The property features self-check-in via a smart lock, with a unique door code provided upon booking. Leaving your luggage before check-in or after your stay? Absolutely no problem.

Outside, you'll find a charming oasis ready to become your favorite hangout spot. Whether it's family BBQ, an intimate dinner under the stars or just a casual get-together by the firepit- our outdoor area won't disappoint. Lose yourself in a magical evening with a refreshing breeze and the stars above you.

The property also promises utmost safety with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit on the premises. Your protection is our priority.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy unfettered access to the entire studio and the outdoor space. Free street parking is available outside the property and in the secluded alley behind it. The studio offers convenient self-check-in through a smart lock. The unique door code will be provided upon booking.

Planning a visit during the upcoming holidays or the summer season? This vintage studio is the perfect choice. With Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day around the corner, our backyard setup with a firepit and a gas grill makes it an excellent spot for your celebratory BBQs.

Exploring couldn't be easier with a high walk and bike score. You can stroll the urban oasis of Liberty Park, check out the Tracy Aviary, or visit the historic Temple Square. Around the artsy corners of the 9th and 9th District, there is a bagful of local dining and shopping options waiting to be explored. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please adhere to our house rules. The studio is smoke, pet, and party-free. Our goal is to provide you a memorable and hassle-free stay at our charming vintage studio by giving you the best of Salt Lake City.
House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.


Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage
1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises.
3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.


Being a Good Neighbor
1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.
3. Be respectful of neighbors.
4. Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation.
5. No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM
6. Do not use shared amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames.
7. Do not park in any assigned parking spaces that have not been assigned to the guest. Do not park anywhere parking is not allowed. The owner is not responsible for damage, or costs incurred due to improper parking.


Check-In and Check-Out
1. The check-in form with attached photo government ID an photo of responsible party must be filled out before arrival. The Guest will not be sent the door code at the designated check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund.
2. Early check-ins can never be guaranteed prior to the day of check-in at 11:00 AM. Confirmation of early check-in will be sent in writing via SMS, Email or the booking channel’s messaging platform between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the check-in day. The cost for early check-in is $10 for every full hour early that both parties agree on.
3. Standard check-in is any time after 4:00 PM
4. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. The owner reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out.
7. Please follow check-in and check-out instructions as detailed in messages sent via the booking channel, text message and listed in the guidebook.
8. The unit is equipped for self-check-in and the Owner will not be present during the check-in process.


Pets
1. Pets are not allowed, and service animals should be disclosed prior to arrival. Unapproved pets will result in a minimum $250 fee in addition to any cleaning costs, or cost to replace damaged or broken items caused by the pet.


Caring for the Property
1. Do not leave vomit, blood, or feces in the apartment. Any extra cost for cleaning any of these biohazard substances will be charged to the guest.
2. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
3. Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains.
4. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain.
6. Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest.
7. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
8. Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost. Some costs include:
$50 - TV Remote
$75 - Amenities fob
$10 - Batteries from apartment devices such as door lock, remotes, smoke detectors, seccurity devices, etc.
9. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
10. Always lock the door. We want you and your things to be safe.
11. Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway or breezeway. Follow all apartment complex rules for garbage disposal.

Great location!

Loved being able to walk to places to eat, shop, and enjoy time outside. The flat is cute, with nice kitchen and bathroom amenities.
