Perfect place to stay for our larger group (10), everyone slept comfortably. We didn't spend much time on the property during the day, but it had more than enough space for everyone to hang in the common spaces in the evening. The grill was put to good use as well.Would recommend this property for anyone looking for a good home base for some Denver/Colorado activities!

Really beautiful property: Highlight was the garage that had been fully furnished into a full gaming/movie room. Gorgeous backyard with a hot tub, adjacent to a nice courtyard and fire pit. Traveled to Denver with two friends and we did not need to go out to have fun. Additionally, the furnishings of each room and Olivia’s attention to detail and the aesthetics just made it truly feel like a sanctuary. Highly recommend without reservation this place for anyone visiting Denver.

Bachelorette Weekend!

This stay was perfect for a bachelorette weekend! Plenty of beds and lots of space for local friends to come over for a big dinner. Highly recommend for any big groups coming to the Denver area!

This place was incredible for a gathering of girlfriends! It’s a beautiful home with all details covered. It is a well appointed space that accommodated our large group who wanted to be spread out doing various activities but could also come together in the open main floor. Olivia was a very responsive host, too.

The property is beautiful; I loved that they had a Christmas tree setup; it made it feel more at home. The bedrooms were great; very quiet even when you have people downstairs.The japanese hot-tub in the back was unique, and could fit about 4 - 5 people comfortably, so it was bigger than I thought.FYI, the owner lives next door, because this building is half a duplex.My friends all said we'd definitely stay again, so 5 / 5. Thank you and happy new year!

Nice large property close to downtown

The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown Denver and the zoo, which was especially convenient for enjoying the zoo lights during the Christmas season. We also appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the property.The movie room and playroom were a big hit with the kids and got a lot of use. The hot tub was initially out of order, but I'm grateful that you responded quickly to our message and had it working the next morning.Thank you for providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Sincerely,Misty
