Just minutes from the shores of Lake Erie! Cozy Anchor Cottage is an original Lakeside property, located outside the gates, and steps from the Village of Marblehead. The cottage, built in the late 1800's, is newly renovated and offers plenty of outdoor entertaining space.
The cottage is newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, living room, sunroom, and full bathroom with shower. Starter toiletries provided. Washer and dyer on site.
Offers three bedrooms and sleeps up to six. One bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds.
Bedside bassinet and/or Pack ‘n Play/traveling crib available upon request for no extra fee.
Outside offers ample entertaining space, including a deck, two patios, outdoor furniture, hammock, grill, fire pit, and more.
Private driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles and/or boat trailers.
The property is located outside the gates of Lakeside. Lakeside’s South Parking Lot is approximately 0.6 miles from the property, Second Street (east) gate is 0.9 miles, and the Main gate is approximately 1 mile.
Full access to cottage and exterior property. Guests are not permitted in the basement or garage.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used bed linens in clear plastic bag, located under kitchen sink and upstairs hall cabinet. Pillow shams and quilts should be left on beds and will be removed and disinfected by cleaning staff.
Place all used towels inside the washer. Do not start washer cycle. Place used dishes/kitchenware in dishwasher with provided detergent pod and START dishwashing cycle. Cleaning staff will put away.
Remove trash from all bins throughout the cottage and place in green trash near fence. Turn off all lights, fans and TV's. Bes sure to log out of streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
