The apartment is 5 minutes walking to the beach and subway/metro stop. From your bedrooms you have sea view. Wood craft portuguese artists furniture, Scandinavian Design and Contemporary photography apartment atmosphere.
Taking the subway/metro in 10/15 minutes you are in Porto downtown. In 15 minutes at the Airport.
You have surf, wind surf and bodyboard all year, around the corner (over 20 schools and rental stuff available). The best fish and seafood restaurants in our country are in our neighborhood.

Beach holidays in a city

Porto and Matosinhos are really worth a trip with a family of 5. you can enjoy various beaches directly nearby, enjoy excellent (and very affordable) food, explore a very culturally rich city and get to know lovely people. Apartment is located close to the city beach and with metro and bus stops close by you don‘t need a car to explore the city at all (parking would be difficult anyway). We’re a bit dissatisfied with the shower as the water took up to 5 min to warm- what a waste of water! And on arrival the dishes and glasses were all dirty in the cupboards.

Bel appartement très spacieux situé dans le quartier des restaurants.Contact parfait avec l'agence et l'agent sur place.L'océan est au bout de la rue.Proche des transports en commun pour visiter Porto.Je conseille le bus plutôt que le métro qui est en travaux en ce moment.Pour le stationnement un parking payant est très proche.Seul petit bémol la vue coté cours.

Bel emplacement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, bien situé. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire ! Petit bémol, je pensais avoir une terrasse mais celle ci est à l’étage au dessus, pas dans l’appartement !

Logement ancien dans environnement austère

Le Logement nous a été donné avec une heure de retard …après une nuit de transport, c’est difficile à accepter. Le ménage serait à améliorer : vitres non faites , salle de bain pas parfaite. Une des portes de chambre avec une l’anche arrachée et donc ne fermant pas. Côté cours intérieur , c’est la cours des miracles… Côté rue, bruyant car rue très fréquentée . A signaler , pas de parking , donc c’est la course au stationnement et à l’horodateur (4 amendes pendant le séjour). Au niveau de la vaisselle, 2 bols et 2 verres à pied me semble un peu juste pour un logement 6 personnes. Un repas sur deux , nous étions obligés de laver à la main de la vaisselle manquante. Personnellement, je ne reprendrai pas ce logement

These are the kind of guests that never are satisfied. They do not desserve our hard work to have everything ready and in shape for them. They always complaint. That’s life. We have a Public Car Parking Lot , open 24 hours, 50 meters from the apartment, but these lovely guests, instead they preferred to pay parking tickets on the street because they didn't put the necessary coins on the parking meters, to park their car.

Strand und Stadt am Stadtstrand

Wir waren als Familie für 3 Nächte in der großen, sehr alltagstauglichen und sehr sauberen Wohnung, die nur 5 Minuten vom einen Stadtstrand und nur 20 Minuten mit der Metro vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist. Die VermieterInnen waren seeehr hilfsbereit und kooperativ (z.B. bei sehr später Anreise durch Verspätung).

Strandnahe große Wohnung

Die Unterkunft passte für uns 4 Erwachsene mit 1 Baby und 1 Teenager sehr gut. Die Nähe zum Strand, das günstige anliegende Parkhaus und diverse Restaurants und Supermärkte haben die Selbstversorgung bestens unterstützt.

Perfect location

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in strategic location. Near to the best beach in the area, close to bus, metro and just 10 min from the airport and city centre. We were given useful advice before arriving and welcomed with bottle of wine. Highly recommended for everyone.

Perfekte Lage und hilfsbereite Vermieter

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Immer erreichbar wenn man etwas brauchte/Probleme hatte. Die Lage ist perfekt, da die Wohnung nur paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt liegt.

A great stay!

We loved the location to the beach and restaurants! There was a couple of issues at first, but it was fixed in a very short time. No extras in the place but a great price for the property. Please note, there is only 1 1/2 bathrooms. No 2nd shower. The outside space is up a couple floors, but a really big space. Thanks for a great stay!

Great relaxing place to stay near Porto - very close to beach

We stayed here during our stay in Porto - so glad we did! It is right near the beautiful Matosinhos beach (short 5 min walk) - lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby. And a very easy bus ride into the city (bus 500). Highly recommend this apartment. Just know that there is only 1 shower! 2 toilets. Beds are not super comfortable for everyone, and for some reason we could not get the warm water in the sink in the bathroom to work. But still highly recommended. Would stay here again anyways!

4 day getaway

great location out of city of Porto, but close enough to enjoy by 15 to 20 min train ride, 5 min walk to beautiful beach, large beautiful apartment with comforts of home. Ana met us at apartment and allowed us early check in, she was just wonderful in showing us around and getting us settled. Ana was very helpful when we had a power failure in the apartment, sending us out for a complimentary dinner, and when we arrived back, all was working again~~~very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Nuno and Ana have been great , the location is lovely and the apartment was great value in good location. Would recommend and come back when we want more beach time in Portugal!
