I would normally not review like this but it was inconvenient as a customer. I received multiple codes through VRBO to enter the property via texts. I additionally received an email through the property manager, that was that emailed and that I didn't see. I understand that is on me, but trying to log into email after driving 12 hours to the destination with extremely spotty, mostly non-existent WiFi was at best challenging. The area has little to no cell service which was a problem for us communicating with the Property manager upon entry. It was very frustrating. The codes didn't work , so I call the called the property manager. Multiple time the call dropped. There were two different codes needed to entry the property and the door on the exterior was covered in plastic tarps as there was painting on the exterior being done. All of the window on our unit were covered with plastic and tape. Very disappointing to arrive as see this. After finally gaining entry into the property, we made the best of it. It was clean, but very sparsely provisioned. Not a very high-end condo for such a prestigious community as Habersham. The outside seating area was not cleaned off or swept up either. I would not return to this property again.
