Come experience the beauty of the Oregon Coast at The Soaring Seabird, a tall, two story home with exceptional ocean views just 1 mile from Yachats. This cozy, two level house has an ocean view from almost every room and is steps away from the beach and rocky shores.

Downstairs are two king bedrooms and another bedroom that features a pair of charming, built in captain’s beds nestled into nooks. There are two full baths with double sinks, and a laundry room. The king bedrooms have an ocean view.

Upstairs is the kitchen, dining and living room with panoramic views of the ocean and the 8 mile beach to the north.

The well equipped kitchen has plenty of room to prepare meals together and the pub height dining table and counter bar stools keeps those great views in sight through large picture windows facing the ocean.

The living room is warmed by a soothing gas fireplace and swivel chairs in the window let you soak up the ocean views as well as the fireplace warmth. There are high ceilings, and skylights, making this a bright and airy space year round. A spacious ocean-side deck expands your living space and keeps you close to the great Pacific. The deck chairs invite you to soak in the sunsets, gaze at the moon lit ocean and feel the power of the King Tides.

There’s a barbecue on the east deck and a half bath upstairs. There is a covered hot tub under the deck on a quiet little travelled gravel road with ocean views to add extra relaxation to your stay.

The Soaring Seabird is a short walk to the sandy beach to the north and the beginning of the famed 804, mostly accessible trail which travels one mile south along the rocky coast into the heart of Yachats. Outside your door is an Audubon meadow and coastal forest, a unique and magical place.

Small dogs can range safely from the house, down the outside stairs to a small yard enclosed by a four foot fence. The grassy yard to the east is for your use.

The neighborhood is quiet. Peaceful walks beckon from each direction; Art galleries, forest trails, the 804 trail, the beach, and a walk to the town of Yachats all reach out to you.
