Lovely villa overall facilities were as described or as seen in photographs if I were to make any suggestions for a better experience the shower in the master bedroom could benefit from a little tile grouting to improve the overall appearance, but genuinely it was a lovely property and we throughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful Setting

we wanted peace a quiet and we had what we wanted. Lovely aspect in a quiet gated community. At the start small issue with pool heat and pool need a quick clean. Sorted by the efficient Mac and Denise at the management company. Will be hopefully using them again next time.

Nice Getaway

Overall we liked the property. Beds were comfortable, pool area was nice. We liked the kitchen layout a lot. The driveway easily accommodated our 3 vehicles. One of the bedrooms lacked any kind of storage drawers for clothing which made it necessary for one couple to live out of their suitcases. The kitchen is also in need of an upgrade in flatwear and drink glasses and knives. A few of the cooking pans/pots need to be replaced as well. These simple upgrades would improve the kitchen experience.

All was well. Only issue - 8 forks and we needed 12. Pretty minor.

Would stay again. This was a replacement for a cancelled house. I get 3 large homes per year and 2 were cancelled on me. That is my complaint about fl. housing. It is simple for me. You cancel on me and I will not rent from that group again.

Roaches

Their were alot of small roaches in the kitchen especially when lights were off and you got up in the middle of the night and turned lights on they were all over floor, sink and trash. Other than that we loved the home .

You should have called the office and we would have dealt with it immediately. After you left we went to the property and seen the issue and it was dealt with and treated within the hour and we have had NO problem since then. We always react immediately to any issues our guests have during their stay as we want everyone to have a wonderful experience every time.

Quiet Street Getaway

The home was roomy and the street was quiet. Unfortunately, the house had no air conditioning for the first 2 days and the kitchen was infected with roaches. Though the manager was responsive to the AC issue, me and my family had to stay in a hotel overnight while waiting for the AC got fixed. A good faith refund should have been offered, but wasn't as of today.

Beautiful house, but needs better upkeep.

We love the stay here. House was beautiful, pool was fun and we also were able to check in early. Which was also super easy.. Only thing was that we spent to majority of our first day cleaning the sheets. Only because there were other area of the house that lacked in cleanliness. It made us uneasy to sleep on the sheets. Blinds were filled with dust, splattered with something I wasn't sure what it was. The floors were not cleaned, amongst other things. I did reach out to owner and she had someone come out to clean the "spot" I mentioned. But overall beautiful and fun house. Just need a better job of cleaning the property.

nice relaxing house

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay very relaxing, the home large enough for us each to have space but was still cozy. It didn't start off well the first full day there the pool & spa wasn't heating so our plan for just hanging & enjoying the home and pool we weren't able to do so. We contacted the property manager and he was good about responding to us and trying to get it fixed, it was worked the next day. We are still waiting for our $30 refund for that day of heat not working as the property manager said he would do. The pool table in the garage was a nice extra touch for something to do as a family but all of the pool ques had something wrong with them (broken/loose/tip missing) so we had to make do (kind of disappointed) they really need to get new ones. The home needs a deep cleaning but overall it was clean enough. A family of 8 people could easily stay here, or 2 families of 4 could split the cost as well.

Property exceeded our expectations

We had good communication with owners. When we walked I to the house the photos do not do it justice. We enjoyed the e whole experience. Also the guards on the gate could not be nicer or more helpful.
