This New, Luxurious, 5 bedroom 4 bath, single story villa with high ceilings and extra tall 8 foot interior doors provides a spacious feel. Once you enter this home you’ll forget you’re troubles and will feel at home immediately. The owners have furnished and decorated it as though it was for their own personal use and added special decorating touches to give you a “magical feel”.
A unique feature for this size of home is that it is on one level. No stairs to climb! The single level makes the home easy to navigate, but there is plenty of space to spread out. The five themed bedrooms sleep 10 in comfort, style, and privacy. There are 2 King master bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms, and a third en-suite queen bedroom. The 2 children/teen bedrooms (Harry Potter and a Princess/Prince room) have either 2 twin beds or a full/full bunk. The living room, dinning area, and kitchen are all open to each other with a separate formal dining room.
This home also includes a Game room, Media room, Laundry room, and Private pool with Spa in a very spacious screened patio, overlooking a private conservation area.
Flat screen TVs are in all Bedrooms, Living Room, and Media Room. The house is fully air conditioned and/or heated. Most rooms have ceiling fans to add to your comfort.
Of course high speed wireless internet is proved for you. A Pack and Play Yard as well as high chair are available, and high quality Linens and Towels are provided for all.

SPECIFIC AMENITIES AND DETAILS.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
Our spacious Kitchen has granite counters and an extra center island to give you more cabinets and cooking space. It is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, American style fridge /freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, stove and oven and much more for your convenience. Other equipment includes: toaster, blender, mixer, programmable coffee maker, Keurig Coffee Brewer, electric tea kettle, and electric can opener. In fact, everything you could need to make it your 'home away from home”. Our cabinets are loaded with a large variety of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. There are 2 sets of ceramic dishes for 12 and another set of melamine dishes and acrylic glasses for you to use for al-fresco dining on the patio. We have even provided special children's plates and cups. The beverage area is equipped with mugs and a variety of adult beverage glasses.
There is an informal eating area next to the Kitchen with seating for 6 as well as additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen. Large sliding doors next to the dining area open to our covered and screened outdoor dinning area and pool with spa.

LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM
The beautifully decorated living room has 2 full couches as well as a lounging chair making this an ideal place for large groups to congregate and socialize or to watch the large 55' flat screen HDTV. End tables, central coffee table, lamps, and a large ceiling fan with double lights round out this area.
The formal dining area is graced by a large elegant dining table and gorgeous crystal chandelier with seating for 10.

THEMED BEDROOMS

All the bedrooms are themed. and have high count luxurious sheet sets for your comfort.

The first King Master Ensuite is decorated with an African Theme. The focal point is the King poster bed and bench seat. It also has a large dresser and 2 side tables with lamps and I-Home docking clock and a flat screened TV. The African style ceiling fan completes the look as well as proving a cooling breeze for you at night. The bedroom has a sliding door to the screened-in patio giving you your own private access to the pool and spa. The ensuite bathroom has a large double walk-in shower, double sinks with a granite counter top, and a walk-in closet.

The second King Master Ensuite is decorated with a Beach Theme. The king bed, large dresser and night stands set the stage for the coastal feel. The sea foam color on the walls and large ocean picture provides a calm ambiance. Side lamps, overhead beach style fan with light, a I-Home docking clock, flat screened HDTV, and a side chair add to your comfort. The Ensuite bath room has a large double walk-in shower, double sinks with a granite counter top, and a walk in closet.

The Third Ensuite is a Queen Room and is separated in its own area of the house. It also has an attached bathroom. It is decorated with a Travel Theme and has a Parisian flair.

The children/teen rooms have been specifically designed with magic in mind. They share a Micky Mouse bathroom and are separated by the media room.

The ROYAL ROOM has 2 beautiful white poster twin beds, an end table with lamp, and a dresser with mirror, all designed/licensed by Disney for your special Prince or Princess.
The decor boasts a large mural with castle, unicorn, and mountain scenery. 2 shields hang above the beds with a crown and drapery to complete the royal look. The walls are painted a light blue and the bedspreads are reversible in light and dark blue suitable for both boys and girls. A small flat screened TV with DVD player is also provided.

The HARRY POTTER room give the feeling of being right at Hogwarts. The furniture includes a full over full bunk bed with stairs, a cupboard, and storage trunk. The walls are painted to resemble the castle stones with a “Window” overlooking Hagrid’s house. The overhead chandler and wall Dragon lights give it the magical flair. Finishing touches including Hegwig in his own cage, and the Nimbus 2000 will help your Hogwarts student feel right at home. A small flat screened TV with DVD player is also provided.

MEDIA AND GAME ROOMS
A media room between the 2 twin rooms provide ample comfortable seating in front of the second 55” flat screen HDTV with surround sound. The sound system can be blue tooth from your smart device. (All bedrooms have their own TVs as well.) The garage has been converted into a spacious Game Room. It has a beautiful pool table as well as a foosball game, darts, and a games table with 4 captains chairs to enjoy time with your family.

LAUNDRY ROOM
There is a laundry room between the kitchen and game room. The laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer, and iron and ironing board. There is a vacuum cleaner, broom, dust pan, and mop in the laundry room. There are also beach towels for the pool located in the panty closet in the hall!

POOL AREA FEATURES:

Enjoy the Florida weather by relaxing with your family and friends in the stunning pool with an overflowing spa waterfall. The Extra large 30'x15' pool is absolutely amazing with a beautiful open view of the outdoors. You will love to stay at home and relax in this screen enclosed Heated Pool* on the Extended Decking Area (39x40)- Possibly Largest at Watersong. A Child Safety Fence is provided for your child's safety.
The Outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off before relaxing on one of the lounge chairs or stopping for a meal on the glass dining table with 6 padded chairs. 4 additional chairs fit around the smaller round glass table to accommodate your large group of friends or family.
There are No Rear Neighbor’s as the property overlooks a conservation area.
