While the cottage offers Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, the real luxury is slowing down, disconnecting, and soaking in the peaceful seaside atmosphere.

Things to Know Prior to Booking
Air Conditioning: The cottage features two stand-up air-conditioning units located in the upstairs queen bedroom and the twin room to the right of the stairs. Additionally, fans are available to help keep you comfortable.
TV: A small Smart TV is provided in the dining area, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or news.
Grill: A propane grill is available for your use.
Fireplace: Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace, firewood is provided and included with your rental.
Heating: During the shoulder seasons, two baseboard electric heaters can be placed in two of the bedrooms to keep you warm while you sleep. The fireplace can also be used to heat the living room and kitchen area.
Bedroom Access: As is common with old New England homes, the upstairs middle queen room is used to access one of the far two-twin bedroom. A room divider is provided to give the bed area privacy.

Amazing location ... right on the water and could launch kayaks and swim from the back yard! The cottage was cozy and on cooler nights we enjoyed the fire place. The upstairs bedrooms can get stuffy but the AC helped.
