Convenient location, good for exploring all that SLC offers
The best thing about this place is the location. The house itself is located on a quiet street with occasional people passing by.It is also about 5 min walking to local restaurants and the Trax station that will take you to the main attractions including planetarium and temple square.This is the only reason I am giving this place a 4 star. If it wasn’t for that, I would only give it 3 stars. The house was very dusty in places, things were falling apart, and we found used tissues and a bottle with some type of pill next to the bed in on of the bedrooms.

Thanks for your mostly positive review. Glad you enjoyed your stay. The apparently minor cleanliness issues will be relayed to the cleaning staff. It is a big house for the price and occasionally a corner gets missed. But this property has been a great value for renters.
