Relax by the pool or soak in the hot tub with stunning boulder views. Enjoy outdoor dining, BBQs, and WFH setups. Our ZenRoom is perfect for board games, mid-day naps, or getting lost in eclectic art. Outside, you’ll find cornhole, darts, horseshoes, and hammocks in a secluded backyard.

◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

We do charge for the hot tub heating -

Cell phone coverage: Yes cell phone service

Outdoor Surveillance: We have an exterior camera located in the front entrance/main door (outside only); Pool Gate (pointed outward, outside only, no views of the pool or backyard).



Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. Because our cleaning crew operates on a tight schedule to prepare the space for the next guest, any unauthorized late check-outs past 11:00 AM or the grace period provided will incur a fee of $100 per hour.



Pet Fee: $100 per pet. Up to 5 pets allowed.

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



Please note that we do not offer pool heating at this property, and the pool remains at its natural temperature.



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot tub & Pool:

Hot tub use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after its been serviced, as chemicals are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub & pool clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use especially before entering the spa, since we are in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for the extra maintenance.



◦ Hot tub heating: Hot tub hours are 12PM - 10:30PM, with 5 hours of complimentary heating per day. Additional heating is available at $25/hour - just let us know if you'd like to extended or pre-heating.



◦ Pool heating is currently not available



◦ Pet Policy – Pool & Hot tub

We’re happy to welcome pets! To help keep our pool and hot tub clean and enjoyable for all guests, we kindly ask that pets not be allowed in the pool and hot tub at any time.

Pet hair, lotions, and other residues can clog filtration systems and require extensive cleaning and maintenance. If additional pool or hot tub servicing is required due to pet use, an additional $200 cleaning fee may apply.



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.



◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour

◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
