We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible! Please note there is a $75 fee for either option, as our cleaning team may need to adjust their schedule, start earlier, or extend their time to ensure the space is thoroughly prepared for your stay or for the next guest.



For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. A separate rental agreement may also be requested prior to arrival to help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for both guests and hosts.

Great Stay

We came down to Raleigh for a graduation and, as a family of six, needed a large home. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The Duke University Hospital is super close which is also very convenient. It was a great stay and we would definitely come back.

The welcoming was extra nice! The home was rich with history and yet fresh with decor. Everything was so clean and well thought out. The basement was worth the extra charge and kept the kids well entertained.

Spent 4 nights so our family could be near my brother during surgery and preop. The host went out of their way to accommodate us. Was really convenient to the hospital. The neighborhood is a lower economic area BUT the neighbors were very nice and we felt very comfortable here walking around the neighborhood . It’s an easy walk or ride around the corner to the main hospital entrance. We didn’t need the basement accommodations, but we did tour them and they were very impressive. The main living area was great for family time plenty of room for dining kitchen activities and the deck was nice as well.

Fun Golf Weekend
