This is a nice property in a good location. There are a lot of stairs in this location as the pictures show. If you want to stream any movies you will need to bring a hotspot as the internet connection was intermittent. I sent in a complaint about it and was told I would be compensated but have never received anything. We accidently left a pillow there and I just asked that my compensation would be to return the pillow. I have asked every week and they keep saying that they haven't located it or they will check into it. It is obvious which pillow it is because their pillows have no support. If you bring your own pillow make sure you don't forget it or you won't get it back. We stayed the week of labor day so I don't think I will receive the pillow or the compensation for the intermittent internet. We didn't use the shuffleboard table because it needs sand. I had to buy a pot holder because there weren't any in the kitchen. They provide you with one kitchen towel so if you need anymore you may want to bring them. There is no dishrack if you want to clean a few dishes. The couch needs more support in the middle as you sink when you sit down. There are no lamps in the master bedroom and there were no batteries in the lamps that are attached to the headboard. This wasn't a bad place to stay but I have stayed at nicer places in Port A.

This is a great complex, good units, great pool and central location. This was our second time to stay in this complex, although the first time staying in this particular unit and we rent almost every year in Port A. However, this particular unit definitely fumbled the ball in some areas. The unit itself was furnished well and had nice decor, but it was missing so many essential things we were constantly annoyed. The kitchen was minimally stocked. For a unit that sleeps nine, they only had four mismatched glass cups, no plasticware no tumblers…only coffee mugs and some wine glasses…we ended up picking up some solo cups from CVS. Other deficiencies included minimal prep bowls, one cutting board, one kitchen towel no other oven mitts, and the pots and pans were very worn out, cheap and scratched, and frankly not very safe to use. The unit also had no extra blankets and while the bedding was sufficient, it was very thin. The most annoying part was there were no lamps in the bedrooms and whatever tap lights they included were severely inefficient and had weak or no batteries. There was also no broom or hose to sweep inside or wash gear outside. They need to step up their game on equipping this unit to a basic standard… I think that’s why we were so annoyed because everything else was good. I would definitely stay in this complex again, and it would be very easy to improve on this unit.

Winter Texan stay in Port Aransas

The description did not do justice to this town house. Perfectly located in Port Aransas just minutes from the beach. The place is welcoming, cozy and beautifully furnished. It has everything you need to make unforgettable memories. We liked it so much we actually considered buying a similar property. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best Family VACAY

We all enjoyed staying at Norty's Paradise! From the moment we walked in everything far exceeded our expectations. The townhome was super clean, plenty of linens, everything you need to cook with, very spacious and the best part was that every bedroom had an en suite bathroom!! Plenty of room for our family. The hosts kept in touch with us and even provided us beach service for our family day at the beach! All we had to bring was our drinks, food, towels and sunscreen. We will definitely book here again for our next trip to Port A.

We spent Fathers Day weekend and enjoyed the spacious living area. The pool was directly in front of the rental so that was very convenient. Everything about the home was as advertised and we can’t wait to come back.
