O imóvel estava perfeito e atendeu plenamente as expectativas

O imóvel estava limpo e como descrito na apresentação, o proprietário sempre muito atencioso e solicito. Tudo correu perfeitamente. A localização é privilegiada, perto de restaurantes, bares,shopping center, hipermercados e pontos turísticos. O prédio tem muita segurança e a piscina com borda infinita com vista ao mar é realmente um diferencial. Academia com aparelhos novos e o prédio ainda tem um acesso particular a praia. Só ficou uma pontinha de decepção e não dou 10 por isso , dou 9,75 porque a cobertura não tem vista para o mar, apesar de não estar descrito com vista ao mar, eu fiquei com essa impressão com as fotos e no inconsciente pensar que uma cobertura teria que ser virada ao mar mas é com vista a um costão arborizado, O restante tudo perfeito. Com certeza recomendo.

Apartamento muito bonito, organizado, a cozinha possuía tudo o que precisamos, a piscina pega bastante sol, apesar de não ter vista para o mar, a vista é muito bonita, principalmente à noite. 3 banheiros que são mais do que suficientes para todos. possui ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Já tinha toalha e roupa de cama, o que nos ajudou bastante. O Rafael e a mãe dele foram bastante atenciosos. Com certeza ficarei lá quando voltar a Salvador!
