7km from the airport, close to good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shopping malls, pharmacies, dry cleaners, and easy access to other beautiful beaches such as Praia do Flamengo, Itapuã, Abaeté Lagoon, Praia do Forte, Guarajuba, Imbassay, Arembepe, etc.
