If you are visiting the beautiful Saint Simons Island, GA, this condo is the perfect rental for a big family, 3 couples, or a group of friends. Centrally located in Sea Palms, this marsh front condo features a gorgeous view and beautiful patio. This condo is ideal for anyone attending an event or wedding at Village Creek Landing, Sea Palms, Forbes Farms, or those coming for nearby golf or a conference. This condo has been updated and is fully stocked for an amazing stay or vacation. This condo is centrally located on Saint Simons Island, in the heart of Sea Palms, at Windward Pointe. This is the ideal rental for anyone coming for an event or wedding at Sea Palms, Village Creek Landing, or Forbes Farm. It’s also a great fit for anyone coming here that’s golfing at Sea Palms, attending a conference, or coming for vacation. This updated, beautiful condo is a wonderful set up for a big family, 3 couples or friends traveling together. The condo is located on the second floor of the building (which is the top floor, so guests will never hear noise above them!), and can easily be accessed by the nearby elevator in the center of the building, making unloading luggage a breeze.
Upon entering the unit, the foyer turns to the right for privacy, so no one can see in the condo from the hallway. Immediately upon entering, you will see the kitchen and great room to your left. The condo was designed with an open flow layout that highlights the gorgeous marsh views, so you can soak in the view from the kitchen, dining table, and the den. This also functions as a wonderful layout for entertaining your group, especially when combined with the balcony, which features gorgeous marsh views and beautiful sunrises.
The kitchen is updated with all stainless steel, modern appliances, and fully stocked to include everything you need to cook with during your stay. The granite countertops also include a bar with 4 full-sized bar chairs. Next to the kitchen is a beautiful, oversized, wooden dining table, which seats 6 people. Adjacent to the dining area is a wet bar, perfect for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. Just past the dining area is the den, which features an oversized sectional and large flatscreen TV, providing plenty of seating and entertainment space for the group.
One of the highlights of this condo is the beautiful and functional patio that includes a dining table and chairs, and sectional for everyone to relax outside and enjoy the peaceful and tranquil marsh views. This is a great spot to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning, or unwind with a cocktail at the end of the day.
The first bedroom in this condo is located to the right when you first come in, and features a queen bed, plenty of storage with a large closet, and natural light. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that features a combination shower-tub and an oversized vanity, providing plenty of room for getting ready.
The second bedroom is located just to the right of the foyer and the kitchen. You walk through a set of pocket doors, where the bedroom is to the right, and the full bathroom is to the left. This easy access to the bathroom also allows renters to use it as the guest bathroom if they would like, since you do not have to go through the bedroom to reach that bathroom. The bedroom features a queen bed, lots of storage with a full-sized closet, and natural light. The bathroom features a combination shower-tub and a separate vanity.
The third bedroom is the primary suite, which is located off the den and further down the hallway for separation from the other two bedrooms, for added privacy. This bedroom features a king bed, two nightstands, a full-sized dresser, and the highlight of the room, is of course the stunning marsh views. There is plenty of closet space for guests to use. The oversized, en-suite bathroom includes a huge dual vanity with tons of space to get ready, a separate shower, and an oversized tub. This condo also has a laundry area, just across from the kitchen, which includes a large HE washer and dryer, ironing board and an iron for guests to use during their stay.
The Saint Simon’s Island beaches are a short 10-minute drive from the condo. While there are many great beach accesses, the Coast Guard Station is highly recommended for its spacious beaches, plentiful parking, restrooms and outdoor showers. If you are attending anything on Sea Island, this rental is conveniently located close to the Sea Island gatehouse and is a great way to stay in a more affordable rental nearby.
People have long adored vacationing on Saint Simons for its beautiful beaches, gorgeous scenery with several hundred-year-old oak trees draped in Spanish moss, wonderful restaurants, shops, outdoor activities, and lots of historical sites and parks to visit, including Christ Church, Fort Frederica, Wesley Memorial Gardens, Cannon’s Point Preserve, the Guale Preserve, Saint Simons Lighthouse, and the World War 2 Museum by East Beach.
