Location is the key when you rent this house! Experience the spirit of Aggieland in a neighborhood just 1 mile south of campus. On game day, you can feel the excitement in the air, being this close to campus and Kyle Field.
No need to pay for pricey, campus parking. Leave your car in our driveway, walk 1/2 block and catch the A&M shuttle bus which goes straight to campus. No cost or pass is involved, it's free. We are also within a 10 minute walk to HEB, Target, other shops and Restaurants at the intersection of Texas and Holleman. A public park is next to our house, with a scenic walking path for those morning walks or runs.
Our comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath + study/bunk room, home is a great place for your family and friends to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fix anything from microwave popcorn to a full meal. We provide homemade cinnamon rolls on your first morning. A 42' TV sits above the fireplace with a DVD player. The master bedroom is furnished with a 32' TV. The covered front porch allows you to sit outside and hear the Fightin' Texas Aggie band play on game day. This home is warm and inviting and we would love to have you experience what we've enjoyed all these years as Aggies.

I graduated from A&M in '81, met my husband here and we haven't left!! Our three kids are all A&M graduates, now married with kids...hopefully future Aggies! We raised our kids in this home and we LOVE how close it is to the A&M campus!! My husband has worked the A&M football games for 30 years as radio engineer and retired recently from working the games. We shared our home on VRBO from 2013-2014 until we were called to take care of my mother in our home. She has since been promoted to her heavenly home, so now we're once again able and excited to travel more and share our home for others to get the chance to enjoy the spirit of Aggieland as we do.
We also rent out our “tiny house” inspired garage apartment. It’s also rented through VRBO, so check it out! VRBO # 1050050.
