Very clean, well maintained property, responsive owner.
Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms.
Beautiful view of water. Cute, quiet village.
Perfect spot for a family reunion - everyone loved it!
Delta is a small town in the middle of some interesting history (Delta Mill) and other small towns. We enjoyed the area and what itnhad to offer. This property is big and has all that you need to relax.
It was clean, well-equipped, modern enough to be comfortable, quaint enough to be interesting. We enjoyed the charming property and the historic village in which it is located. Very enjoyable week. We hope to return next year.
This is a lovely place in a lovely part of the Province. We had a very nice time and could tell Micheal took the responsibilities of all the aspects of upkeep and presentation quite seriously. Thank you!
The place is exactly as shown. Muskoka chairs are in excellent condition by the fire. Kayaks are almost new and the large inventory of life jackets means everyone can enjoy the water. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, coffee and coffee machine, laundry equipment are all in excellent condition.
We had such a lovely stay at Rideau lakes. The home is beautiful and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and having a general store 2 doors down was just perfect. The extra apartment was also perfect to give everyone the extra space we needed. It was perfect for what we were looking for (a quiet and spacious place to spend time with our friends). We'd love to come back in the future
The house had a well stocked kitchen for dishes, etc. we did find the fridge a bit small. There were plenty of linens and towels. All the bedrooms are a good size. Pretty location. You can also park in front of the house, which we didn’t know until we unloaded our vehicles. Right next to the local store and LCBO. Wonderful coffee shop a walk away. Very pretty little town
11 family members enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Lakehouse for a week. The kitchen was very well equipped for our big group. Linens, towels, life jackets were well supplied. Every day we used the 2 kayaks, jumped off the dock, used the hot tub and shared meals. We were lucky to see swans, a beaver, a great blue heron, and loons while kayaking. The BBQ, showers, plumbing all functioned well. We enjoyed reading the history of the area in a provided book, and went on a tour of the historic mill. The small grocery store, LCBO, and small cafe were within 5 minutes walk of the house. Being an old house, you had to watch your footing on the uneven floors. The owner was super responsive and helpful. The town itself does not have a lot to do, so bringing a few games and books is a good idea.
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage! Décor is pretty, so nice to have the hot tub and the grounds are spacious, not to mention the home itself. The kitchen is well equipped and the home is clean. The TV is also set up with Netflix and other specialty channels which is great for options. We were a group of friends who have been getting together for years and this home was perfect. The host, Michael is very responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend!
A group of friends from Toronto and Montreal met up to celebrate Thanksgiving and we had an absolutely wonderful time.
House is spacious and gorgeous, and has everything you need for a weekend away - hot tub, fire pit, lake access, all fantastic. Michael was a very accommodating host.
Good vibes all around!
Great space and amenities! The kids fished off the dock and lots of space to spread out. Grocery store and LCBO litterally around the corner which makes it super convenient.
Beautiful house full of character. It has every possible kitchen amenity that you might want to use. Super area, quiet, quaint shops, close to Gananoque and Kingston. We would happily stay here again.
This was my second time staying at Kingsgate and I was not disappointed! The hot tub and fire pit have both been upgraded since my last stay which was fabulous!
Such a quaint home and little town. The views will make you not want to leave!
Great location for half way between Toronto and Montreal. We had a lovely visit with friends

Pictures don’t do this place justice. We had an amazing time at this property. Hot tub was of course the main attraction for our group. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and lots of counter space to prepare large meals. Loved the decor. Owner was very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!
We had a great couple of days at this beautiful heritage home. Although we had grey, foggy weather, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Michael was a very helpful host.
