Spend an unforgettable summer holidays with family and friends in this modern, newly built, holiday villa. The comfortable living area as well as a bedroom with bathroom are on the ground floor while three more bedrooms with bathrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom has own bathroom and air-con. On the fenced plot and next to the outdoor swimming pool is a nice patio area with barbecue facilities. Enjoy convenient access to the pebble beach and discover the historical monuments and the numerous entertainment venues of the nearby towns of Trogir and Split.

The villa has every thing you need, bakery, butchers cafes and supermarket all very close, Trogir and Split easy by bus, Bosco and Ana very helpful we all loved our week would book again

Super schönes Haus 👍🏽

Sehr schönes und modernes Haus mit liebe eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und es hat alles super funktioniert. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus nur für ein Fahrzeug möglich, weitere Parkplätze beim Nachbarn gegen Gebühr. Zum Strand sind es eine Gehminute. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. 👍🏽

Lovely

Very clean and very luxurious accomodation. Everything you could need. The access to the property is very tight for cars - don't attempt with a large car unless you are very used to it. The area is a nice seaside town with lots of people and activities.

Perfect house for a family vacation!

We went there for a week, 6 adults and 2 kids. We had a great week with all the comfort we could wish for! Near to supermarkets, café and restaurants! Ana and Bosco was helpful with everything and answered really quick if we had any questions! I can really recommend this place for a family vacay!

Beautiful Villa in an excellent location

Koras Villa was beautiful. It was modern, spotlessly clean and Ana and Bosco had thought of everything. It was very well equipped indeed. They were also available if we had any queries and couldn’t have been more helpful. The location was perfect. There was a small supermarket, a lovely bakery and a local market all within a couple of minutes walk. Kastel Stari is a really beautiful place!

We were welcomed by Boko and Ana on arrival and everything was perfect. The villa was immaculate and beautifully designed - Ana is an interior designer and this showed in every aspect. We would happily stay again and cannot recommend this villa highly enough. It is a two-minute walk to the beach and there are coffee shops, restaurants, shops and a market all within a few minutes of the villa. There is easy public transport to both Split and Trogir so it really is an ideal location. The villa's swimming pool and patio is also a good place to spend time. Highly recommended.

A huge thank-you to Ana and Bosco for making us feel so welcome and helping with the many questions and requests we had - well not that many :). Villa is beautiful and could not be situated more perfectly. Lots of restaurants and bars, aswell as a bakery, butcher's, several supermarkets and a market. It really was a lovely Town and all five of us ladies would love to come back as a group or with the family.

Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Hastgeber waren sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Strand ist in 1 min Fußweg zu erreichen und Bars und Restaurants, sowie Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Klasse Urlaubslocation!

Beautiful modern apartment

Fantastic apartment and location, 6 of us stayed from 20 -27 May, Ana and Bosco were brilliant (owners of property) they had thought of everything for the apartment and the location was perfect, cafes bars and shops all within walking distance. Trogir is a must, such a pretty town, and the people were so friendly! Just over an hour to Natonal KRCA Park, beautiful waterfalls! We will definitely be returning!

Croatia is one of the top world's destinations. Mediterranean style of living is unique. Vila is situated between two amazing Unesco cities - Split and Trogir in the heart of Kastela city, only few steps from the nice pebble beach. Bars and restaurants are few minutes away.
