Spend an unforgettable summer holidays with family and friends in this modern, newly built, holiday villa. The comfortable living area as well as a bedroom with bathroom are on the ground floor while three more bedrooms with bathrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom has own bathroom and air-con. On the fenced plot and next to the outdoor swimming pool is a nice patio area with barbecue facilities. Enjoy convenient access to the pebble beach and discover the historical monuments and the numerous entertainment venues of the nearby towns of Trogir and Split.

I am interior designer crazy about travelling and design. Koras villa was one of my favorite projects and it was done with love and with special attention on details.
I lived and traveled around the world and I understand modern traveler needs.

Why they chose this property

Croatia is one of the top world's destinations. Mediterranean style of living is unique. Vila is situated between two amazing Unesco cities - Split and Trogir in the heart of Kastela city, only few steps from the nice pebble beach. Bars and restaurants are few minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Modern design and architecture. Combination of over 100 years old stone and new construction.
