Beautiful home and furnishings, well stocked kitchen, loved the coffee bar. Comfort beds and hot tub was so relaxing. Would definitely stay again. Excellent communication with host.
Super property very centrally located and easy to get anything you need. Lovely decor, super comfy and left wanting for nothing. Owners did a marvelous job and ensured that we had anything we needed. Would stay again!
Very nice place and close to campus and downtown. Overall the place was perfect. The only issue we had was the bed was hard and had a hard time sleeping on it. But we had a nice time while we were there.
This property is stunning inside and out and has every amenity imaginable! Perfect for a getaway or a visit to campus. Great location that is close to downtown and campus. The host is so wonderful with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone headed to the Moscow area.
Perfect place for three generations to gather and chill. My son and I enjoyed the e-bikes and the grandparents loved the hot tub. Special effort made by the hosts to return left behind, smoked Alaskan sockeye to my U of I son was above and beyond
The place was close to downtown. It was clean and stylish. Great place. My only complaint is you can hear the tenants upstairs walking around. Once at 3am. Just bring earplugs! We were there for just two nights.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing to stay with us! I’m glad you enjoyed the clean and stylish space and the convenient location close to downtown. I truly appreciate your feedback about the sound — since your stay, we’ve made a change so that the upstairs unit is no longer rented out when guests are staying in the downstairs apartment. This ensures complete peace and quiet for our guests. We’d love to host you again in the future for an even more restful stay!
This was an incredible place to stay! Every little detail and need is thought of and provided for comfort. The house is so quiet and feels so private, even with neighbors next door. We had the best time and enjoyed the front porch, gas fire pit and woke very morning with all the special coffee options. We have never stayed in a nicer place , nor have we ever encountered more accommodating hosts. This house made a special memory for us and we treasured the time we got to stay!
If I had a vacation rental, THIS house is how I would set it up!It's like Jeneille "practiced" staying in the house to predict what her guests would need.In my experience with most all other rentals (esp hotels), the access to extra towels was soooo limited. Not here!!!! I could have used ten if I wanted!!! I was so happy to discover creamer in the coffee drawer! The place was decorated so so so beautifully and classy!!!!!!!! I loved the white noise machine! And the AC in every room made us very happy!Jeneille responded quickly every time I contacted her.Just so many special touches!!! I kinda don't want to tell you all how great of a place cuz I will want it to always be available for just me!!!

About the host
Hosted by Jeneille Branen
After 25 years in education, most recently as a K-8 principal, my brother and I decided to pursue a shared passion: renovating homes and creating beautiful, welcoming spaces. With our combined backgrounds in education and a strong focus on detail and care, we spent the past seven months bringing this vision to life.
Our goal is to provide more than just a 5-star stay—we aim to offer an unforgettable experience. Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.
We hope you love the space as much as we loved creating it for you. Welcome, and enjoy your stay!
Why they chose this property
This beautifully restored 1920s craftsman home is nestled on one of our favorite streets in Moscow, just a few blocks from downtown, a local brewery we love, and only 0.4 miles from the University of Idaho. Its rich history and prime location made it the perfect choice for our vision of creating a space that blends historic charm with modern comfort.
Working with local builder Doug Wasankari and a building recycler committed to ensuring nothing goes to waste, we transformed this home from its original 592 square feet into a spacious 1,700-square-foot retreat. The house was lifted for a brand-new foundation, stripped to its studs, and carefully reimagined to preserve its craftsman character while integrating contemporary features.
We designed the property to offer flexibility for various group sizes and needs. Whether guests prefer to rent the entire home for a larger gathering or just the upper or lower unit for smaller groups or couples, the space accommodates everyone. Each unit has its own entrance, kitchen, and parking for convenience and privacy.
Key Design Features: Upper Level: Features stunning vaulted wood ceilings, a spacious master bedroom with a private deck, an all-in-one washer/dryer, a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a cozy living room with a pull-out Lazy Boy sleeper sofa.
Main Level: Designed with an open concept for gatherings, the main level includes a modern kitchen with bar seating, a dining table, and a stylish living room featuring high-end leather furniture and a fireplace.
Every bed in the home is outfitted with luxury bedding to ensure a restful and comfortable stay.
This property embodies a seamless blend of historic character and contemporary comfort, offering a thoughtfully designed space for relaxation, connection, and memorable experiences.
