Freshly remodeled luxury home in the heart of Sonoma Ranch, one of Las Cruces’s most upscale neighborhoods. Wood floors throughout the home, with granite countertops and brand new appliances!Massive open floor plan in the kitchen area with an 84 inch TV and surround sound system as a 14 foot sectional sofa! Office area included with fast Wi-Fi and wireless printer! Backyard area includes heated pool and hot-tub, fire pit and grill for a relaxing outdoor experience! Tesla Charger available!

Close to everything! Restaurants, shopping, gyms, golf!

2 car garage, 2 spots available inside. Drive way has room for two more vehicles as well as street parking.
HOUSE RULES
We politely ask that there are no parties at this home. No more than 8 guests are to sleep on the property, no smoking inside the property, no loud music or noise after 10 pm or before 7 am.

All Gatherings of 8 or more are prohibited without permission. All gatherings of 8 or more will require an event fee of 250.00. Limited to 15 people maximum.

Pets are welcome however, please be mindful of messes and furniture. We do charge a small pet fee of $25 per stay regardless of how many pets you bring with you! You will be responsible for anything your pet damages or destroys!

Please contact us in the event that any damages take place so we can work out an equitable solution to the issue. If we do notice that there are any unreported damages or theft, you will be billed accordingly through Airbnb.

POOL AND HOT TUB RULES
There is no glass allowed in the hot tub or pool! After you are done using the pool or hot tub please clean up as much as possible and throw all trash! If the pool or hot tub is left in poor condition or if there is any trash, glass, or other debris left behind you will be charged a minimum of a $300 fee.

The pool and hot tub were fabulous after hiking and biking. Great location as a jumping off point to White Sands and we road tripped to Carlsbad Caverns. House was well appointed and very clean.

This was the best stay I’ve ever had! The house was spotless, amenities were great, and the hosts didn’t miss any details! They had pool toys, pool towels, and a pool cleaning service that came twice during our stay. There was coffee, creamer, spices, condiments, etc. everything you needed for your stay was thought of. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful, I rented this house because I had a heating pool when I arrived the pool was not heated. I had to wait a whole day before I can go swimming, I tried to use the fire pit. There were three containers of propane, empty all were empty so I had to go and purchase my own propane to be able to use the fire pit. Half of the remote controls are not working, they need to keep up with the maintenance of this beautiful home

Peaceful Oasis

We spent 5 days at this beautiful property. The location is convenient, the property is gorgeous and exactly as advertised in the pictures. The space was extremely comfortable, well laid out and had everything we needed. The back yard and pool were the perfect oasis from the Las Cruces heat. Owner was responsive. We would highly recommend this property and will be back!

Great house in quiet neighborhood

Really enjoyed the secluded backyard with pool and hottub. Close enough to restaurants/groceries etc but peaceful enough we never wanted to leave. The occasional rumbling pickup truck but went days without hearing a single leafblower. The giant tv and soundbar with sub were nice for what little indoors time we had. A few minor fit and finish issues (loose towel racks etc) but would not hesitate to stay again.

Sister weekend

We had a lovely sister get away. Our parents live in Las Cruces and this property was perfect. The pool and spa were great. Our only suggestions would be bedside lamps in the 2 bedrooms that didn’t have them. We will for sure try to rent it again.

Great Family Getaway

“After years of heading to Florida for spring break—with unpredictable weather and rising prices—we decided to try something new. This property checked all the boxes and turned out to be perfect for our family. My college student claimed the office space for homework and Zoom calls, while the rest of us enjoyed the beautiful pool and whirlpool. The neighborhood was charming, and we couldn’t believe we could step outside to breathtaking mountain views. My family is already begging me to book this house again—it was that perfect!”
