We stayed March 16-20 2026 . The house was just as listed but more beautiful and spacious, very clean . Very easy check in . The master bedroom bathroom was spa like. The back yard was perfect for the grandkids to run around. Able to watch the sunrise from the back patio. We loved the waffle maker and used it every morning for the grandkids. Hope to stay here again .

The house itself is great. Very new. The kitchen is large and comfortable and part of the living area. Lots of windows and skylights makes it very bright inside. Giant TV. You can see the Organ Mountains from the backyard patio. Large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms can hold way more than the 3 people in my party.The host was very quick in responding to messages.The location is in the new developments northeast of town on a Mesa. It is still convenient to things because Los Cruces is not that large of a town - you can drive across it in 20 minutes. I have stayed in many places in town, but this area is my favorite - very relaxing. The town itself is great - very much a growing community on its way up. Be sure to visit the historic Mesilla Plaza and White Sands Monument.
