This property is located on the edge of Fayetteville, close to many NWA attractions. The Tranqui Spot is a dream home away from home to relax and unwind. It’s just a short drive to fantastic restaurants, scenic spots, and all the natural beauty Arkansas has to offer.
The apartment is located above our garage, with a private entrance, giving guests plenty of space while I live in the lower part of the property. The Tranqui Spot features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, giving plenty of room to spread out.
The bathroom includes all essentials for a comfortable shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped for meals with family and friends. Relax and enjoy all that Fayetteville and this cozy apartment have to offer.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. It’s about a 20 min. drive from UArk campus which was not bad. We would stay here again. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times were great. It is close enough to the University which is why we go to visit our son but it is “in the country” so very nice and peaceful. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very clean. Would definitely stay again if it’s available.

Nice and clean apartment. While not far from town it is a windy drive in the country to get there. Watch out for deer at night. Other than that a nice place to stay.

Great Garage Apartment

We stayed here to attend Parents Weekend at the University. It’s nice and quiet and private. It’s the perfect size for 3 of us and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Okay but will not stay here again

Host was accommodating with circumstances as power was lost for 36 hrs due to tornados in surrounding area. We were moved to another rental. First location had very little cooking dishes, no oven (only countertop small convection oven). Amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, and laundry soap) were scarce and had to ask for extra. i’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO And never never had to ask for extra amenities. They were already supplied.Second location, the shower curtain was too short and when you took a shower water was all over the floor. You thought the shower curtain more than you were able to take a shower, not impressed. Beds were uncomfortable but got us through two nights.
