If you like a quiet setting and the outdoors, but still only minutes from town , then will enjoy our place. We are 19 minutes from sassafras winery and downtown Dickson street, the heart of Fayetteville. This a pretty quiet country neighborhood, there are many different routes to take to go to town and are close to the lake and river. But we are not far from town.
