Relax and enjoy the lake from one of the best condo's around. Not only is our condo lakefront in a beautiful wide cove, it's also on the bottom floor in the building right next to the beach. Plus we have one of the complexes pools directly behind us. Unbelievably convenient for anyone to enjoy the beach area, the pool, or the docks to fish from or go on a boat ride.
We beautifully updated with newer kitchen and baths, comfortable furnishings and bright decor.
Enjoy seating for 13 just in the kitchen alone. There is seating for 7 in the living room along with a new 42' Flat Screen TV with DVD, FREE Wireless Internet and great view of the Lake.
The master bedroom is huge and has a king size bed, private deck, and private bath with adult high double vanity and massive beautiful custom shower.
The second bedroom also faces the lake, has access to the main deck, a king bed, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds and direct access to the third full bathroom. All three bedrooms have flat screen 26' TV/DVD combos.
The unit also offers full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room and a huge foyer for all your beach bags, towels, and coolers.
Best of all is the deck. Enjoy catching up, playing games or eating a meal while taking in ALL the great views. The beach is a great place to people watch and across the way watch the boaters anchor and go for a swim. It also gives you an easy way to chat with others on the beach or docks. Super convenient to ask the kiddo's a quick question or let your group know it's time to eat :)
All of this and in a great area. The Ledges is in the heart of Osage Beach, the hub of most activities at the Lake of the Ozarks. You are just minutes from shopping; boat rental; championship golf courses; go-carts; Big Surf Water Park; miniature golf; discount super centers; grocery stores; and many restaurants. If you want a night on the town with live music several times a week, there are many spots nearby to enjoy.

Nice condo complex. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Good location and the best extra is the sand beach. We played at the beach more than the pool. I would recommend this place.

Location and use of boat slip were great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Seating was adequate for all. Stairs were minimal to and from the dock. Common areas in the complex could have been a bit cleaner but the condo itself was very clean. Host was very responsive.

Family vacay 2022

Loved the property location, size and amenities. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The condominium complex was a short driving distance to Bridal Cave, Bagnell Dam, and a variety of shopping venues. The beach was 30 feet from the unit and the complex pool was very close as well. We especially loved that the unit had a bathroom for each bedroom! We will definitely return for another visit.

Girls Weekend

Myself and 5 friends spent the weekend. Jody's condo was perfect for us. We spent alot of time at the dining table visiting and looking over the lake. We did some shopping and eating at some of the local lake food spots. Great time, highly recommend.

Very nice unit

Well furnished, the owner was communicative and the unit was in excellent condition. I would highly recommend staying here, the pictures don't do it justice. Close to the beach and one of the pools.

Perfect Family Get-Away

This was the perfect place to stay for our annual trip to the lake with our family friends. The unit was ready before check-in and was exceptionally clean and organized. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and extra bedding. All of the rooms were spacious and we had plenty of room to store our luggage and food supplies. It was convenient to have the beach so close so the kids could play in the water while we kept an eye on them from the patio when making dinner. The landlord was extremely helpful in obtaining a slip for us at the last minute and was even able to get us a deal! Evenings were spent on the patio relaxing with gorgeous views of the lake. We would definitely consider returning to this unit again in the future.

We have found the lake to be a great place to unwind and enjoy the company of our family and friends. Our goal to provide a wonderful place for everyone to make happy and lasting memories.

Why they chose this property

We sold our first condo because it was in the State Park. For us, too far from the amenities we enjoy. When we found this condo we knew it was for us. It is fantastic by land and water, plus we believe you couldn't ask for a better unit location.

What makes this property unique

We are right next to the beach area with the pool directly behind us. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. We are on the bottom floor so the NO STEPS to the BEACH or the DOCKS.
