A highlight is the spacious shared pool area with a heated whirlpool and comfortable lounge and sunbathing areas. Fully screened, it offers a relaxing environment free from insects and animals.

APARTMENT DOLPHIN

The “Dolphin” apartment offers plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere for up to 4 guests. The open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen creates the perfect setting for shared moments.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and an additional futon for a third guest. A spacious closet provides ample storage space.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, and sink, with towels and beach towels provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Spring break, short but fun!

This is a great place in a quiet neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby and easy to pack up and drive to sanibel or Fort Myers for the day.

Another great stay!

This was our second time at this property. We have stayed in the Wave and now the Dolphin. The Dolphin was a cute apartment, very clean and has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely return to this property.

Yes, our Barra Villa Resort offers enough space and privacy for the guests of the 5 units. The biggest plus point is definitely that each apartment has its own private seating area right in front of the apartment and that this seating area is even surrounded by mosquito protection. Enjoyable!

The room and pool area were very nice and well maintained with adequate furniture for our needs. One day we went to the beach and were able to use their beach chairs and umbrella they have stored in the laundry room for guests.

this was a great unit and the location was amazing. The pool was a great amenity. They also provide some beach necessities on a first come basis. I recommend this unit.

Great Stop Spot

This was our second stay at this arrangement of condos and it was great! The pool makes it a huge draw for families and the convenience of location made it perfect for getting out, coming back, and having most of what you need within reach by a 5-10 minute drive, including stores and attractions. Perfect place to just be on my own when visiting family in the Cape for a few weeks. A nice getaway Stop Spot for me and my kiddo. And, did I mention the hot tub???

Very responsive property manager. Good value for money. Located close to activities. This is 1 of 4 rentals grouped around a pool with hot tub. Quiet. Neighbors were low key.

Quaint & Comfortable

The apartment was cute and the location was perfect. Judy, the property manager was very attentive. The only thing that puzzled me was it was called a beach retreat but had Animal print them. I would go with decor that was more beach themed. Other than that it was wonderful!

Excellent choice!

Clean, attractive, inviting! Manager Judi is terrific! She is available and helpful in so many ways! What I like best is the friendliness . I met so many nice people, but there were a very few who didn't care to mingle. That is fine too. And - it fit my budget!

Even the property is older, it was very clean and had all we needed

Property manager was very nice and helpful. Extra parking place was hard to find or see. Like the small feel with the property. Everyone who stayed there were all very friendly.
