Review

Property was in new condition, construction all around so there are nails all over the drive. We had 4 tires that needed to be replaced. Outside trash location is not the best. If you leave the bags out in the cans over one night the raccoons are sure to get it! The address doesn’t exist in maps yet, so we had to contact the owner for more information where it was located. Views from the back porch are amazing! Even a bald eagles nest to see, the pair also come right up to the back and you get good views. The jacuzzi leaks as well, twice while we were there over 7 weeks it needed to be refilled. All in all an okay stay. I would probably steer away from this location in winter, if there’s ice or snow you aren’t getting out anywhere. Location is up on a mountain with very steep hills.

My first Tennessee trip

This was my first trip with family for new years. After looking at various places, we had already booked but, searching we found this listing. About the rental, upon arrival everyone was so excited. Super NICE and very clean. Pool was nice and warm, we did not use the Jacuzzi but I imagine with the cold weather it would have been great. All the kitchen equipment seems new and was working great!Many tvs, so there’s plenty of places where people can just sit down and watch their own shows. Movie theater was great as well.All the beds are super comfy, slept 10 with ease. If you want hot water, there is no issue like some other places where the hot water gets there after 10 minutes. This place will give you hot water in under a minute. There is some construction in the area, but there was no issue getting in and out of the place. About the property manager, the manager replied very fast to my queries, I appreciate that. I would definitely look here if I want to go back to Tennessee. I recommend.
