Everything was absolutely beautiful, the house was set up nice, very clean inside, nice backyard nice back porch. In a very quiet neighborhood. Definitely 10 out of 10 definitely will be back!

Location-Location-Location.. Shopping, places to eat and things to do were very close. Great place to have a dog, fenced in backyard. Very nice neighborhood. Lanai had a fire table and we spent much time there. Awesome flattop grill. We stayed a month and a suggestion would be to have a 9x9 or 9x13 pan.Would stay again!

Wonderful Stay at the Blue House

My husband and i were here for 6 days and everything has been pretty good. The location to fabulous shops and good food has been a plus. Our dogs were welcome and they have enjoye themselves. It has been easy talking with the owner. Wewodefinitely stay hre again

The property is not a single family They have converted the garage and an additional area into 2 additional rental spaces. Not a biggy, but wasn’t disclosed Also their was a pool/hot tub covered and looked like a place to lay under a gazebo, as soon as we checked it out to handout on the “cover” completely failed and my husband fell into disgusting filth water. Happy it wasn’t a child or dog though. House was clean. Power went out at 830 am. Neighbors had no issues. As soon as we mentioned to owner (it is FL this happens, so didn’t assume much) the power was turned back on. Immediately. Odd to say the least. Responsiveness was fine. House was clean and comfortable bed. Just sketchy AF with the additional unit and unmentioned water/pool hazard

The blue house

This house is very comfortable to stay in very quiet neighborhood the only thing I would say is they should have a TV in the bedrooms because on rainy days it's nice to lay in bed and watch TV but otherwise we had a wonderful day

Thermostat would not hold to heat. It was 68 every morning around 2am. No place to comfortably sit. Furniture was all saggy and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

The property was very nice overall—clean, comfortable, and had an inviting environment. However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. There was no way to access the garage, from the inside of the house. The thermostat also wouldn’t hold the set temperature, and each morning the house was around 65 degrees, each morning the house was freezing. Note: On Monday 1/19 there was frost outside and the temperature inside the house was 65. The home was freezing. The living room TV remote didn’t work consistently, and some of the furniture was very low to the floor and extremely soft, which may not be comfortable for everyone.I also felt uneasy about privacy during the stay. On Monday morning, the trash can was already placed out by the road before we had done it, and there was an unfamiliar vehicle parked near the right side of the garage. This made me wonder if someone may have been on the property, possibly in the garage area.Overall, it’s a great location and a nice home, but these concerns took away from the experience.
