Worth the trip

This place could not be better, it's close to everything, gated for security, great heated pool and hot tub , 4 kayaks, friendly neighbors, and lots of happy in-laws !! Totally on my "Do Over List"

Excellent Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The owner could not have been more helpful, responsive and accommodating. The location on the canal provided easy access to both the Gulf and Ocean and it's proximity to a lot of very nice restaurants is great. The pool and outside patio areas are wonderful. We look forward to future stays at this property and would highly recommend working with Jose as he is terrific to work with.

Fully Loaded

We rented this place for a month over the Christmas / New Year holiday. The owner was great to work with. Very responsive to questions/needs before and throughout the stay. The heated pool is great (felt brand new), we spent hours in it and the hot tub. 4 kayaks are provided which we used both in the daytime and to kayak out to the bay to watch the beautiful sunsets. We saw manatee nearly every morning in the canal right outside. The house is well stocked with beach towels and linens and all the kitchen gear you need. We caught fresh fish on the Bud and Mary's party fishing boat and had a fish fry that night (oil strainers provided at house). The large pull out couch upstairs has two portions that recline which are great for watching a movie. TVs in nearly every room and outside for watching football game while lounging in the pool with a beverage. Overall a great stay!

This is the perfect Keys vacation home! Perfect for a large family beautiful home.

We just spent a month here with our 3 adult kids and spouses. This house has so much space that everyone had their own room yet we were still all together. Jose is a very attentive owner and this house is set up for "vacation success". The pool is heated and with the hot tub we truly felt we were at a resort. We used the kayaks and paddled around the area a lot. We brought our own boat and it was so nice to be able to dock it right here at the house. We were 5 minuted from the ocean through Tavernier Creek. We caught lots of fish and were able to cook in many nights since we had a gas grill as well as a beautiful kitchen. I had coffee every morning on the porch and was greeted by manatees everyday. We definitely want to come back. If you are looking for a house in the Keys for your family this is it.
