The suite is a pleasant 10-minute stroll to downtown, groceries, shops, restaurants & pubs. This premier condo has luxurious finishings including hardwood floors, granite countertops, slate and travertine tiling throughout the spacious suite. Head out onto the south facing balcony for unimpeded views of the famous Three Sisters, Rundle Mountain range and Ha Ling Peak! You'll find a natural gas BBQ, patio seating for 6 in order to enjoy a serene moment over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The living area is the perfect place to settle in front of the fire after a long day at the hill or enjoy the private courtyard area with an outdoor hot tub and beautiful alpine landscaping. Come stay with us, and enjoy a fun yet restful holiday! The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen comes with high quality stainless steel appliances. The suite includes high speed internet, TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, in-suite washer/dryer, luxurious hotel quality linens and towels. Elevator access to all four floors so no need to go outside. This is the ideal base for your Rocky Mountain adventure!

Hot Tub is open with private bookings for 1 condo at a time. There is also an exercise room for cardio and strength training. The hot tub, gym and billiards room are common to the building. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs.
Access to the suite is flexible via a coded lock system. One assigned parking stall is included in the heated, underground heated parkade. A storage cage to lock your toys (Skis, Bikes, Golf Clubs, etc) is available for your use. This suite is part of the Mountain Vista Properties collection of luxurious accommodations in Spring Creek. We have several suites from 1-3 bedrooms available for short and longer term rental. Manager lives minutes away from Spring Creek and will give you privacy for your stay but is available if need be! Please don't hesitate to reach out and ask any questions! We pride ourselves on fully stocking our suites with all amenities our guests require for a great stay: hotel linens (sheets) and towels; all bathroom necessities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissue, make up wipes); fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, dinnerware, glass ware, baggies, alcan, saran wrap, salt, pepper, spice rack, sugar, coffee filters and more! Exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean, spacious with an amazing view! The two large master bedrooms, each with own bathroom, provided lots of privacy (especially for two couples). The place had perfect decor and comfortable furnishings. We were concerned about staying in Canmore rather than the popular town of Banff, but we all agreed we loved Canmore much better. There were many trails nearby and a wide choice of restaurants within a ten minute walk. Banff was more expensive and VERY crowded. We will definitely visit this condo in Canmore again!
