Luxurious Award Winning Newly Renovated 2+2 Condo Near Disney and Universal

From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland. Tuscana Resorts has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years running!

Located 10 minutes from disney world and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi. There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as mcdonalds, chili's, subway, pizza hut, publix grocery store, and walgreen's drug store.

This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (Oct 2016). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 43 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 43 inch flat screen tv. The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch tv, dvd player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.
Improvements since Oct 2016: The unit is now stocked with laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, hand soap.

This rental was really cute, quiet and private. The bed in the master bedroom was especially comfortable, and the large washer and dryer came in very handy. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend.

Location was great. Couldn’t access tv’s, latch on front door was not secure. Pots and pans need replacing. Many light bulbs were missing or not working. Not enough bedding… blankets.

The property was ideally located. It is a 4th floor unit which would have been nice if the elevator worked. I was traveling alone with my daughter and had to carry our luggage and golf clubs up and down 4 flights of stairs. The owner said he didn't know, but it was obviously out for quite some time.

Great Stay

The property was as advertised. The check-in was super easy. When you check in, but you need pay attention the signs on the building when locating the condo. The kitchen was nice. It had your basics. We left behind salt, pepper, and a small bottle of olive oil for the next guest.The two bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. It would be a perfect condo for a family of 4 based on our stay. My daughter said, “It would have fit our family perfectly.”

Stayed for 3 weeks. It’s a lovely resort in an awesome area that felt very safe. Davenport has lots to offer,Restaurant and shopping and close to all the amusement parks. Cons: sofa was very uncomfortable And Bathroom floor in twin room needs work

Comfortable and close to everything

The property was just like the pictures and better. The bed in the main bedroom is so comfortable and soft! We weren’t at the property a lot during our visit because we went to Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs which were close by. We were only able to go the pool for about 30 minutes, but it was like being in an Italian courtyard. We ate at Texas Roadhouse which was only minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and clean 2 bed room condo. Each bedroom is a master suite and on opposite sides for some privacy from the kids. Perfect for a family looking for a place to rest and recharge between all day adventures at the parks. Shopping and restaurants just mins away.

Great place for family!

We loved our stay at this condo. Very clean when we arrived and decorated nicely. The pool was such a wonderful addition for my 3 & 1 year old. Location was great in Championsgate area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and all. Was about 15-20 min from Disney and 35 min to Legoland for us. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed the clubhouse was closed, The couch is worn and uncomfortable. There was no working oven for two months! You could walk to many restaurants.
