From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland. Tuscana Resorts has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years running!

Located 10 minutes from disney world and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi. There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as mcdonalds, chili's, subway, pizza hut, publix grocery store, and walgreen's drug store.

This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (Oct 2016). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 43 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 43 inch flat screen tv. The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch tv, dvd player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.
Improvements since Oct 2016: The unit is now stocked with laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, hand soap.

Great Stay

The property was as advertised. The check-in was super easy. When you check in, but you need pay attention the signs on the building when locating the condo. The kitchen was nice. It had your basics. We left behind salt, pepper, and a small bottle of olive oil for the next guest.The two bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. It would be a perfect condo for a family of 4 based on our stay. My daughter said, “It would have fit our family perfectly.”

Comfortable and close to everything

The property was just like the pictures and better. The bed in the main bedroom is so comfortable and soft! We weren’t at the property a lot during our visit because we went to Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs which were close by. We were only able to go the pool for about 30 minutes, but it was like being in an Italian courtyard. We ate at Texas Roadhouse which was only minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and clean 2 bed room condo. Each bedroom is a master suite and on opposite sides for some privacy from the kids. Perfect for a family looking for a place to rest and recharge between all day adventures at the parks. Shopping and restaurants just mins away.

Great place for family!

We loved our stay at this condo. Very clean when we arrived and decorated nicely. The pool was such a wonderful addition for my 3 & 1 year old. Location was great in Championsgate area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and all. Was about 15-20 min from Disney and 35 min to Legoland for us. We will definitely be back!

Exactly what we were looking for

This property was just what we needed. We stayed at Disney for 5 nights, but wanted to stick around an extra night and not pay Disney prices. Very clean. Washer/dryer could use an update. It was very easy to check in and it was exactly as advertised. The King bed in the master is wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Nice place tucked in the back

This condo is off Champion's Gate so it's back away from the main road of traffic which keeps the noise down. This is on the top floor, but the elevator was easy to access and never had to wait on it. This is located a moderate distance from Disney and can sometimes be a hassle to get to the parks because of all the traffic. Everything worked in the room which was nice because a lot of times I get to a room and there's always something that doesn't work, even if it's just a minor thing. Owner was nice and responsive so you can't go wrong with this place!

Good Apartment, Host Issues

The house was nice and spacious not very clean, but clean I had to wipe down the bath tub again, it was very small strikes of dirt but nothing major. The only problem I had was there was no sponge to wash the dishes, and I requested a extra night because my flight was “delayed” due to expected weather at my landing location. The expected weather no longer was a issue and the flight was back to normal schedule and the host claimed he couldn’t refund me due to him “blocking” out the ONE date already. Sounds like a rip off to me. I called “Carlos” his number was left on a paper to contact if needed, but he said be couldn’t do anything Mark was the one who handled those type of situations and he told me Mark was good with these type of things and would refund me the $ but that wasn’t the case. The house gets really cold if the heat isn’t on during the winter months and the beds squeak loudly.

This is on the 4th floor. Elevator not working. Only way up is walking up. No good!!!! The elevator has not been working for some time. They said they are waiting for a part. This was not due to the hurricane as it was out of order prior to my booking. I was not told about this. Cabinets in kitchen need a major scrub. Also dish drain was moldy. Bath mat so filthy and moldy we could not use. We bought one. Only 4 bath towels in the unit. We had to buy some. Chandelier in dining room was filthy and only half of the lights worked. Rusted and can’t change the bulbs. The flooring in the condo was in bad shape. Chips, lifting of planks. The dishwasher smelled like garbage. The toaster oven was disgusting and filthy. The oven was gross. Mattresses were good. Cracked and sharp granite in 2nd bathroom, also uneven sharp tiles in shower. Couch and dining room chairs also had extreme sagging. Couch is best and needs replacing as do dining room chairs. None of the condo had any matching decor. A mush mosh and certainly not luxurious at all. The pool was beautiful and clean as well as heated. The caretaker of the condo came and replaced a bunch of bulbs that were not working. TVs in each room (3) all had different access. Some Roku, some basic local channels and one in guest room had everything. Strange. I would not recommend this condo. Looks ok in pics but it isn’t a nice place. Also everywhere you travel requires you to get on I-4. It’s a traffic nightmare and not convenient.

Decent but not “award winning”

First the good - the condo was clean overall aside from a few particulars. Location was nice but Tuscana is definitely a quieter resort with no real amenities for families with kids. Mark, the owner, and Cris, the property manager responded promptly to an issue with one of the beds which was greatly appreciated. Now the bad - I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and upkeep and chose this place bc the pictures and title made it sound really great. Unfortunately, the condo itself needs some TLC. Dining chairs are dirty and stained, couch didn’t look very clean either. There’s a broken floor tile in the guest bathroom that was hidden under a rug and could injure someone. Twin bed broke the first time my son laid on it. Doors and floors are showing lots of wear. I did request that all linens be washed prior to my arrival due to allergy issues and those looked great and also much appreciated. I wasn’t sold on “award winning” but would give it a 3.5/5 due solely to the need for cleaning and repairs.
