Discover our lovely home in historic Kalorama, Adams Morgan. This 1906-built gem exudes vintage charm. *This listing is for three units and sleeps up to 12! Unit One has two bedrooms with a queen bed each. Unit Two has one bedroom with a king bed + a trundle bed. Unit Three has two bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with a queen bed.*

Embrace the local culinary scene with many delightful options just steps away. You`re a short stroll for your morning coffee. Experience DC authentically!

UNIT #1 HIGHLIGHTS (2 bedrooms)

*Please be aware that the steps are a bit steep that lead to the second floor where the bedrooms are. The bathroom is on the lower floor.

*Please be aware that you have to take steep steps from our main foyer to get up to this unit.

*Please be aware that this unit is on the third floor - you have to take two levels of steep steps from our main foyer to get up to this unit.

If you only need to rent one or two of these units, that is definitely a possibility. Just reach out to us!

The location of the property was perfect. And was a great size to host our small family reunion. Walking distance to the zoo was great and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. No access from the back parking was a little inconvenient. But the street parking was available and easy. The first floor bathroom door handle was loose and you cannot open it from the inside so if you are in the unit alone that could be an issue. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you!
