LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The east corner location is perfect for catching the beautiful sunrise with your morning coffee! This 7th floor 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo will be perfect for making beachside memories. The living room décor will get you in the beach state of mind and allows a perfect view of the gulf from the floor to sliding glass doors. The balcony is enclosed and has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors so you can feel the salt air if you choose. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Feel right at home in the primary bedroom's king size bed. You also have access to the gulf front balcony through sliding glass doors. The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk-in shower. In the second bedroom you will find a queen size bed and there is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. If you need additional sleeping area there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this vacation rental to comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

This is a non-smoking condo. No pets are permitted and you must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this rental.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Enjoyed our Stay after Christmas

Really loved the location. Easy check in process. Didn't have to go to an office, just went to location and had door access. We only had one issue, the elevator broke the morning we were leaving. So we had to carry all our luggage 7 floors down. That wasn't these folks fault. So I'm not going to give them a bad rating for this one issue. I'd stay there again for sure.

The property was great, just as described, beautiful view of rhe beach and Gulf. It is really close to a lot of great reataurants. The master bedroom would not get very cool so we had both of the supplied fans blowing in there to try to cool it off. The elevator didn't work when we got there so we had to carry our luggage up 7 flights of stairs. Then it went out again the day before we left. The maintenance people came to fix it that evening.

Got in Saturday afternoon shower was broken didn’t get it fixed until late Tuesday afternoon. Plus when I got there the balcony had a bunch of dragon flies all over it.

Great stay and property was absolutely on the beach. Great pool and close to everything we wanted to venture too. Took our twin seven year old grandkids on a spur of the moment book at last minute trip to the beach before school started and had a BLAST! Also had a great time people watching :) You Tube - Brooks & Dunn "Hillbilly Deluxe" :)

Oh wow, my stay was absolutely amazing! Everything was great! We had plenty of space and everything we needed in the kitchen. It was great having a washer and dryer and the drying rack on the patio for swimsuits was a plus. My compliments to housekeeping because the unit was clean and well stocked. I loved having the ceiling fans and extra fans in closet and under cabinets. The beds were comfortable and we loved having 3 TV's, especially the big one in the living room. It was great having the screened in and sliding doors on the patio, they enabled us to sit on patio when it rained. The code to check in made the process very easy and convenient. I could on all day about our stay. Overall great place to stay, location is in a great place, absolutely amazing view of the gulf, well manicured facility and when we had questions the staff was polite and caring.

Awesome stay!

Amazing experience! We had a great time despite the cold weather. Love the glass balcony. My only complaint was that my husband who has a pacemaker was shocked when he turned on the garbage disposal and had to sit down for a minute to catch his breath, so be careful with that.

Gorgeous place.

Edgewater 71 is a gorgeous place. Everything was nice and clean and roomy. When we arrived it was to find the elevator broke. Walking up 7 flights of stairs was irritating. I would suggest a call from the owner to the renter with a heads up. It would be great customer service if they would have had someone help us carry our stuff up. I think that would of went a long way with my husband. He was not happy. Overall great stay. I would recommend Edgewater for sure!! Will definitely come back .

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Location was great, the view was awesome the pool was great and it was only a minute out the door and your walking in the sand!!

Our stay.

There were 4 of us women that traveled 12 hrs. to stay. We saw the pictures on Home away and LOVED the look of the balance. We arrived 4 hrs early and checked in and that was awesome but our room was still being cleaned. They let them know we were there. We traveled around while waiting on our room to get finished. We called at 3 to see if maybe they were done. We were told no call back in 30 mins, we did and was told wait and call in another 30 mins, again told the same thing. This was after 4 by then and then we received our key code shortly after that. We had been waiting in the parking lot because of our long drive and was exhausted. There was NO ONE that came out of the room from cleaning because we were there. The room was very hot and in the large bedroom it never really cooled off. The toilet seat in the master bath was cracked. We only had 2 rolls of toilet tissue for 4 women for 4 days and they were on the stands. There was also no dish soap or trash bags. Our feet were black from walking barefooted on the floor. We went and bought toilet tissue, trash bags, dish soap and laundry detergent so we could wash towels to have enough for showers. Other than that, the view was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the pool was awesome. I would give our stay a 3 1/2 star out of 5.

This is a very nice condo with a awesome view. We stayed in the off season and you could tell the condo hadn’t been freshly cleaned and freshened up. It was really dusty and smelled musty from being closed up. The bed linens were nice and they were clean but didn’t smell fresh and had a odor. The enclosed balcony is a great asset. I would stay here again

This condo was perfect for our family of three. Our daughter had her own bed and bathroom. The refrigerator is huge, open floor plan in kitchen, dining and living room. The washer/dryer is a small compact style. I washed small loads daily to keep it all up. There was 8 towels and washcloths, a few hand towels and a couple bath mat towels furnished. The view was perfect and parking was not a problem at all. Seventh floor with elevator....a door code so no key to keep up with. The only thing I would do different to this condo would be replace the living room suit and add a recliner. We would definitely rent it again.

Entire condo roomy & comfortable. Living room with comfortable furniture, kitchen well stocked, bedrooms roomy and mattresses comfortable, bathrooms roomy and well stocked, easy access to everything. Mirrored walls really stunning. Décor tasteful and beautiful. The patio was the highlight...with it's double glassed area......sliding glass doors on the condo and sliding glass doors on the patio @ the railing. Definitely a hit!
