The beach area was full of poop. So you had to be very careful where you walked.The pool and hot tub areas were well keep. We also saw a big bear near the condo.

Thank you for your review! We do share the beach with the wildlife and while we understand the frustration, that is a natural part of summertime at the lake. The groundskeepers are not with RnR, but they do their best to upkeep the property. We will most certainly pass this along.

Great place to stay with beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was prefect for our group! It was beautiful and clean and we had access to the beach. It was so close to everything in town and we actually walked a couple of times. Definitely would stay again!

Tremendous view and location. Close to action, and just steps away from total relaxation. The host took care of the little things - everything worked great, and the communications helped keep things smooth. Highly recommended!!!!

We have been staying at Lake Land for many years and this unit was by far our favorite. It was super well stocked for all of your basic needs and them some. Our kids had so much fun with the game loft and you really can't beat the easy beach access. We enjoyed several family dinners on the patio with a beautiful view of the lake. On our last evening there, my husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio and watched the sunset over the lake. It was amazing!
