Right Across of World Famous Warm Mineral Springs and a Short Drive Away From Two Major Beaches Like Venice Beach, Englewood Beach and Manasota. Also 35 min. Away from #1 Beach in North America - Siesta Key Beach!
Close to shops and restaurants. Very quiet and safe area.

Warm Mineral Springs

The property is very nice, clean, cozy, with lovely decorations, really just across the street to Springs. Everyting was great!!! It packed with everything you need.

Property was clean an well cared for. It is a Duplex but we had no issues sharing the property. Everything inside was very nice an the beds were super comfy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Comfy and Quiet

This property is well furnished, has great dishes and cookware and comfy beds. Only 15 minutes from Manasota beach. It is a duplex, but it was not advertised as such. I am surprised that VRBO would do that. Our neighbors were very thoughtful, so no problem, really. I just felt decieved. Altogether a good stay.

The property is overpriced for what is really

Property is cleaned but out dated, the location is safe but not great and the parking lot is not great for 2 cars cause the property is a duplex . It was one single house converted to a duplex , no privacy, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor back yard because a second tenant was there, it makes you feel uncomfortable.

Very average. A few things come to mind…Door lock did not always work and is difficult to open door. Parking is somewhat tight, space for just one vehicle and makes it difficult if you have a visitor. Windows were dirty. The furnace heat had a terrible smell. Ended up not using it since I was concerned about my safety. Bathroom fan and above stove light did not work. Overall the place is a little ruff. No privacy on patios if adjoining duplex is occupied. Road is a little busy. Place is well furnished and clean. Beds were super comfy.

We so enjoyed this property. The owner was fantastic. Very comfortable home. Perfect to walk to Warm Mineral Springs, across the street literally. Close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches as well. Recommend staying here if you plan to visit the Springs.
